The Dandan noodles are out of this world, extremely delicious. I’m not sure if the soy sauce is unique to this restaurant or not but it is the best soy sauce I’ve ever had, especially when mixed in with a few spoon fulls of the hot chili oil provided at each table. Seriously, try it. The dumplings are really good too, honestly all around great and will be returning quite often. Keep in mind I had dang near devoured my noodles before I forgot to take a picture for the review so you get a HUGE serving of them.

We had to check this place out visiting Ft. Collins.
My husband hasn’t had any beef noodles in years and so happy we stopped by. They had a lottle bit of something for everyone.
Service was quick and easy and some of the dishes did take a bit longer to make and come out but it was worth the wait. The restaurant is in this cute little shopping center with apartment above. Plenty seating inside and out.
Their dumplings are legit and we wished we ordered more. Our noodles were cooked perfectly. The meat in our soup was a bit chewy and wished they cooked it longer to make it tender. But overall decent flavors.

A lovely restaurant. A very small menu that I’m not used to but the menu featured lots of appetizing dishes to choose from. I had the pork belly ramen, my husband beef and daughter vegetarian. The broth was okay. I felt that even with the chili crisp and soy sauce provided, it was still a little lacking in flavor. By the way, the chili crisp was a great bonus. Not many restaurants have it on the table so I was very pleased. The pork belly is tender yet melts in your mouth. The noodles a little on the thicker side but with a pleasant texture. It’s worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Super nice cashier and loved sharing the #2 combo with egg drop soup for each of us, 8 pork dumplings, and a side of rainbow rice. $12.99 and no fee for using a credit card. Not crowded but enough other diners to keep from feeling lonely. A kitty in the second story window across the patio was a fun addition. Will be back.

My oldest son brought his younger brother and I here once before and we’ve been dying to return! This place is absolutely wonderful! We ordered the Rainbow rice, Soup dumplings, Pork Belly Noodle and the Braised Pork belly buns, all were great! We had the Edamame last time and it was a first experience for my teenager learning how to eat them great place overall, atmosphere, quick service, friendly service and clean bathrooms!

I thought the price was steep, but the portions are SUUUPER generous. There are some good vegetarian/vegan options, and everything was super yummy !!

Pretty great spot to eat ramen. Not too big of a fan on the fried rice, but it wasn’t bad. Very friendly staff!

Always a go to visit whenever we’re in town. Looking forward to trying out the Denver and Lakewood locations! My son and his CSU buddies enjoy the beef pot stickers, soup dumplings and Dan Dan noodles!

After going to the local farmers market, my roommate and I were hungry and wanted dim sum. I usually check Yelp for places to eat, and we found one in a small plaza with a few other restaurants. There’s plenty of parking in the back. You order before sitting down and get a number. The menu has lots of options, and the staff is very helpful. We ordered different dumplings, including my favorite, soup dumplings. We chose our table and within ten minutes, our food started arriving. First, we had pan-fried dumplings, which were delicious. Then we got water-fried bao, which were good but not my favorite. Finally, the soup dumplings arrived, and they were amazing with flavorful pork and broth. Overall, this place was great, and I highly recommend it.

Indoor dining could improve in appearance and cleanliness, it’s very gloomy and not very welcoming. But they also have outdoor dining. Menu need improvement as far as adding some description of what each dish offers, or adding a symbol to specify when an entree is spicy. For example, we ordered the Dandan Noodles, though it was good, I was not expecting it to be so spicy. We also got the Beef Noodle, which is soupy, and nowhere in the menu says that. Note that all their noodles are soupy, except the Dandan Noodles which is dry. Nowhere in the menu will tell you that, we know because we asked. By the way, the Beef Noodle Soup and the Beef and Rice are really good. Pork Potstickers, Pork Buns, and Shrimp Chive Water Fried Bao were pretty good too.
