This is what I got after placing an online order to be picked up at 6:14pm and I got it at 6:44 pm, staff super rude, I told them that I was there for a pick up order the guy in the speaker didn’t bother asking under what name the order was, I had two more cars in front of me and two more behind, I couldn’t move or just leave after a long day of work and hungry. After 30 minutes I was able to move to the window and ask for my order and they gave this crap 🙁

Had p rt oblems getting my order done, but youg man stepped in to help as apologized and preceded to fix the oder. I was handed a sack, while sitting at the end of the drive up, found only sandwich. Fries but was missing chicken nuggets for my loyal 4 legged friend. While checking the back young woman was tapping wind. Apologizing she’d forgotten the nuggets in the bag and brought the outside to me. I advised her the menu board had 8 nuggets for 3.49 and on the right of the board 8 nuggets for kids for 2.99$ she said that manager v stated there was a discrepancy in the board priving of chicken nuggets. Some was going B to go out and look at the pricing for I r same item in 2 different places. Said manger stated they are to suggest the lower price for same product! Good PR. Hope they correct the menu boards as nuggets are a promotion now! Thanks BK!

I don’t know what changed in the last few years. This place was top notch in the 2010s. Service was always prompt, and the food was awesome for cheap takeout. Even if it was busy you’d be out of that drive through in 5 minutes. The food is still decent, but the speed has reduced dramatically. I’ve spent as long in the drive through just getting someone to answer for an order made on the app as I used to throughout the whole process without preordering. The rumor is that this was caused by a change in management, but I don’t know for sure. I do know it’s become unpleasant to even think about dealing with.

Ok I didn’t want to write a negative review about this place since I don’t know if its just as bad all the time or just the night shift on the weekend so I just want to make myself clear that this review is only for the last couple visits which both have been late nights, now that being said I just find it hard to believe that they actually take people’s money for whatever they call that they give people, I ordered two sandwiches one double whopper meal which comes with cheese and it’s supposed to be pretty nice, and a bacon king or something like that but just the sandwich and I told the guy to add jalapenos to both and to have a frozen coke instead of the regular drink. So they charged me 25 bucks just to come home to both sandwiches without cheese and no jalapenos and the bacon king sandwich was supposed to be a double meat and double cheese with bacon and it was just a single meat no cheese no jalapenos and no double meat. I mean I understand it’s hard to find people who want to work the night shift or even work at all but when you have people that all they do is give the restaurant and the owners a bad reputation by taking people’s money for a lousy service and even worst food quality. The only thing that was the way it was supposed to be was the frozen coke, I mean you would really have to go out of your way to mess that up but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did. This is an update I haven’t been to this place since the last time I posted this review almost a year ago and it’s still hasn’t got any better. There were two dudes and took almost 30 minutes for one of the new pepper sandwiches and some chicken fries and uploaded photos of what I got for 17 dollars. I’m not gonna say anymore except that I don’t recommend this place especially the night shift but if you ever do check your order while you’re still at the window don’t drive off without making sure you’re getting your money worth of food. I thought my last experiences was due to bad luck or sometimes that kind of stuff happens but it seems this is the way they operate so don’t expect your order to be right and make sure to check it before you get too far. Hopefully this helps people get ripped off by this people. How do these people get away with this travesty of service and still think they earn their paycheck. I cannot believe there’s no one there to make sure they give people at least a decent meal for their money.

Got some really great food from this location—like, a burger that looks like the photo. And the taste was top-notch, too. Not from around here, so can’t vouch for consistency, but our food was wonderful.

We stopped to get a quick bite to eat on a Sunday right around 12 noon. The burger patties were cooked in advance and kept in bins! They were cold! The entire sandwich was cold. The fries were a bit soft but ok. This was not at all like the Burger King experience we used to have. The Coke had no flavor and was all carbonation.
They ran out of many soft drinks by 12:10 pm. There were flies around the kitchen and in the dining room. The sad thing was that many customers started filing in. Either they didn’t know any better or this was a one off. Either way, the people working in the kitchen had no idea how to run a fast food place. It was obvious by the fact that they had to precook the burgers to save time! It was a waste of money.

Tonight after work I went through drive thru when I got home found out half my order was wrong and burnt, my partner ordered the new firey chicken sandwich and the the firey mozzarella sticks, when we got home we had received a regular mozzarella sticks and a regular chicken sandwich, the buns were burnt and it didn’t have a chicken patty on it, it has a single chicken tender. Overall disappointed.

Wonderful experience tonight. The food was very good and full like they should be. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff kind of a wait but hey I’d rather wait and have hit fresh food than something that has been made and sitting there. My only complaint is they used to accept 2 coupons but would only accept 1. So glad this location has changed and everything is back to better than it used to be!

The mgr was attentive and friendly…the cook seemed unsure of what was done or what needed to be done – definitely needed help, which the mgr went back and helped with…the DT person was either not having their best day or maybe shouldn’t be working with customers…the food was good, but considering our wait,, could’ve been fresher, too.
Having said that: it’s also the best BK experience we’ve had in ages; having mostly given up on our favorite burger place over the last few decades…we might try again soon

I Love Burger Kings breakfast and they have the best fast food Breakfast Burritos in town. I’M Talking about the Eggnormous Burrito and this thing is huge and worth every penny. I always go for the all Bacon Eggnormous Burrito with a Diet Cherry DP and you have to try this burrito otherwise you’re missing out. Nice friendly staff as well and great deals.
