Yo I ordered a 12-piece wing for $15 that’s what they charge me and when I go and open the box of wings there’s only nine in there so I call them up and tell them what’s going on and he tell me it’s by the pound which is not stated in the menu the nine wings don’t even weigh a pound and a half the wingdings

If I could give this place a -100 I would my order was simple half cheese half pepperoni the put pepperoni on the cheese side . I was in Cleveland last night from out of town and ordered a pizza from here. The prices were extremely reasonable and we were def ready to have some dinner. Unfortunately the pizza we ordered was completely inedible.. don’t let the photos fool you- that is not cheese you see, that is raw pizza dough. The pizza was not even remotely close to being cooked, if it was a little doughy I would have sucked it up and ate it still- but this was pretty bad. So we had an entire medium pizza go to waste and ended up not having the dinner we ordered. Unfortunately I thought this place would be fine because they had one of the higher ratings for a pizza place in Cleveland but due to my experience I would not recommend.

My family and I have been ordering from nunzios since 1990 when they opened. Recently I am appalled at the service. I have never called in and complained except when delivery time was over 2 hours and called to find out what the deal was. This week beat all I have ever seen though. When I grabbed my pizza from the porch brought it in let the dog out ect. When I opened the box one of the corner pieces of my half sheet pizza was missing. I called the store waited for the female employee to find her manager for about 6 minutes. Manager got on the phone refused to give her name. I explained what was going on and couldn’t believe it since I have had this delivery driver many times before. Manager explained oh driver just walked in let me ask. I had to sit there and listen to a driver say I must just be looking gor free stuff along with a few choice words zi got to hear. The Manager allowed this to go on for a few minutes. I then let her know, you know I can hear everything you all are saying I am still on the phone. Then I was told the owner would call me the next day. Two days later I have yet to receive no phone call, apologies or compensation for what happened with my food. As you can see by the picture this was pretty deliberately done.
I am updating my review only because after I called back Crystal one of the managers actually cares about customers and was will to talk listen and offer solutions.

Very disappointed with Nunzio’s Pizzeria, nasty cheese pizza the cheese peels off from the pizza. The cheese is very chewy and it feels like am chewying on plastic.

I wish I could Put 0 Stars Cause My Experience With The Customer Service Last night Was VERY Obnoxious & Completely Ridiculous. The Lady That had answered the phone last night took my order and didn’t even give me an estimated delivery time she just straight hung up after telling me the total and taking my card number down I will never be back to this place ever again. And also the delivery driver was very rude and demanded a tip & driving a Black and white crown Vic and also had a female in the passenger seat and I used to work at two pizza places and the drivers were never allowed to have someone in their car on the delivery. I had spent $45 last night and felt like I spent $45 on trash & my motzerella Stick Were Raw & So Was The Bacon On My Pizza
