Such a cute little chicken salad place. Decor is quirky and fun. Chicken salad was amazing. Went with a traditional, next time I’ll go more daring. Lots of different options, and they come with a cute little cookie ☺️ . Can get a sandwich or scoop.

A pleasant niche in the fast-food forest. A place to escape from fried everything. Simple chicken salad with a spectrum of flavor variations available. You will find one you like. The spicy, Jalapeno Holly and Kickin’ Kay Lynne work for me. I never pass up the Chicken Poblano Soup, even on a hot day in July. I had a scoop of Jalapeno Holly on the Classic Salad with the Chicken Poblano Soup. The Classic Salad under the scoop was fair, but it is all about the chicken salad, right? It made for a nice filling meal. I tried the Poppy Seed dressing. A little too sweet for me. Next time Ranch. Not five stars, but a nice meal.

At the front counter Azreal. Friendly sociable young lady that took our order and delivered the food. Big dining area, clean and comfortable. Turn the music down just a little please.

Must be a guy thing, but the only thing that impressed me was the customer service. The staff was great and was always smiling and upbeat. Maybe they realized I hadn’t been there before, but provided information I was about to ask for!

The food was, well, it was good and presented well. Nothing special, actually. My pickle spear was more like a soggy cucumber, but the loaded potato soup made up for it.

The atmosphere in the dining area was mixed. First, the layout of the restaurant just felt odd, but that did allow large amounts of room between most patrons. The booth was comfortable and clean. The order line area is short in comparison with the seating capacity, so they must have multiple “to go” orders.

I went here for a lunch date. Loved the food but my company could have been a little better. I grabbed an egg salad sandwich with wheat bread. I love a good egg salad sandwich & this restaurant did not disappoint. I had a side of pasta salad & it was full of flavor. Staff was so ready & helpful with vegetarian options. Everything looked so clean. There was a lot of tables for the lunch rush. I loved that they give out mini sugar cookies with the meals, such a fun touch. Date enjoyed his meal too. Would highly recommend this place.

I have always loved chicken salad chick and never really experience problems at all. Today I ordered my usual sandwich and when I got home it wasn’t a sandwich.. but 2 scoops of chicken salad. At first I thought, maybe they were out of croissants?.. which is fine, it happens. I get home and I took my first bite.. it was not what I always order. I am almost in tears cause I was starving, hadn’t eaten today and I had just donated plasma. I call up to the store and explain to Alisha what happened. Which she already knew and was so sorry. She felt so awful that she drove my food to my apartment, along with a free meal coupon. I have never had anyone offer to bring food to me after they mix it up or forget something. Alisha was so sweet and kind. I appreciate her kindness in this mean world.

I am so incredibly sad! I am likely not ever going to get to go here again because they stopped selling the one thing my husband likes to eat from there which is the egg salad. I don’t understand why restaurants have to change things like this because I can’t bring myself something home and not bring him something home for dinner. I wish restaurants would leave well enough alone!

I love chicken salad chick and I was excited to order catering for lunch at my work but I had negative feedback from my group. First the turkey clubs are supposed to have bacon cheese lettuce tomato and honey mustard, they came turkey and cheese plain. I ordered these for people who don’t like chicken salad so it was a let down. Then all the sandwiches were mixed up and had no label so nobody knew what was what. That’s pretty frustrating because chicken salad is hard to identify from just looking at it. The sandwiches themselves did not have enough chicken salad like they put on normal orders, they were mostly bread and my group said they were “very dry” It also took almost 20 minutes for them to have it ready to go out the door which is not super convenient when you have an event scheduled at a certain time and expect that the food is ready to go at the time requested. I usually love this place and never have issues when I order as a normal customer but as far as catering goes, it was lacking and the feedback from my team was very negative.

Absolutely loved the chicken salad! Wonderful fresh bread with a side! I got the “old southern ” on white and hubby had “classic Carol” on wheat oh it was very good! Great atmosphere! If you could give a “smile” for a place this is it! Definitely recommend on checking it out!
