Normally get the best tacos and taco salads here and anytime I leave Texas my first stop when back is to hit a Texas DQ.
I noticed a special for Taco Tuesday but what I got in the evening didn’t resemble anything that I had gotten in the daytime- see photos of pathetic garbage was served. The last photo is what’s advertised but that isn’t what they were serving :-/
Stick to the daytime crew if going to this location. 5 stars for daytime staff and 0 stars for the folks that evening who served this trash and took my money for it.

Good food here. Our favorite is the tropical blizzard. We usually do not have to wait too long here. Customer service is ok. I am used to people greeting customers when they walk in, but it seems that this is not the way restaurants are run these days. Still friendly, but I had to initiate the conversation. Clean restaurant. Great place for travellers coming off of the highway.

Could not believe i was told that the manager said they could not accept half dollar and one dollar coins. Not given any reason but they looked at it like it was forgein.chicken looked like it was fried in old grease. Used to be a great location…all new young people with no experience in customer service. Will not ever go to that location. Go to Calder location.

I have used the DQ on college by the freeway for 6 years. I will NOT use them again. Rude customer service. Food quality has dropped considerably. This is over the course of the last year. 2024. Today, 12/29/24 was my last trip at approximately 4:30 pm. I was extremely polite to the young girl at the window. Please, thank you, have a good day. NO RESPONSE. 6 Tacos. Half filled. Limp veggies and very little meat. I am now going to Google to leave a review.

Got some nachos and the nachos were burnt. Got tacos and there was no hot sauce and it barely had anything in the tacos. Called and spoke with manager and wanted it remade and she was very rude and said she could only remake nachos not tacos because I ate the tacos ! Well what does it matter. It was so nasty. Don’t recommend ! And manager hung up on me !!

I visit DQ on Mondays around noon the young lady who waited on me was very nice and patient! Whenever I came there she was always there I joked and asked did she lived here I believe she was over the store. The food comes fast nice and hot would recommend the banana split!
