I got the Chicken Buffalo sandwich and omg those flavors in that sandwich are sooo good. The perfect combination, nothing overpowers the other. Definitely try this sandwich if you like Buffalo stuff. Place is clean, good music. Awesome place!

This was my first time at Charleys. I went with the small Philly cheesesteak combo. It was very good and left me wishing I had gotten the regular size. Fries were crispy golden on the outside and soft inside. The people working inside were very nice and courteous also. I will be back when I am in the area for sure.

We had an excellent experience at Charlie’s Philly Steaks! We ordered the Bacon 3 Cheesesteak and the Original Philly Cheesesteak, and both were absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy and perfectly cooked—just the way they should be. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained.
Although the restrooms were marked as closed to the public, customers were still allowed to use them, which was appreciated. Overall, great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

EDIT: the reply from the owners are way off base. We ate there on Friday afternoon and not Sunday. The ethnicity of the cashier is not an issue until she treats customers differently. This store was not busy at all. Period. No one in the store until we walked in and no one at the drive thru. Two individuals came in after we did. I learned long ago you never send food back. EVER. Basically the ownership wants to place the blame anywhere except on themselves. Trust me, I will never set foot in there again and I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know to steer clear. I know my business won’t make or break them but I can do my best to keep new customers from wasting their hard earned money there. All I got out of the reply is they are sorry I didn’t like them but they didn’t like my comments so they go total defensive. That’s ok because now you’ve forced me to play defense.

The food was terrible. Extremely dry. The cashier was Hispanic. She called out our order being ready and walked away. Two separate Hispanic males ordered food afterwards and she happily brought their food to their table. She never came by our table to check on anything but went by their table more than once. Terrible food, terrible service. I won’t ever spend another dime here and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon with my two little ones after a day at the park. Food was fantastic (we got a chicken Philly, 6 piece boneless wings) the service was even better! The crew at the counter were very helpful & friendly. Food came out hot and fast. I was extremely impressed to see the TVs playing the slate of NFL games going on. Stop here and get a good meal any day, but specifically Sunday and enjoy a little extra time inside.
