Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Ordered food on 11/2/2025 at 1pm. Ordered to go. Got home, missing 2 Double cheese burgers. He other burger we got was also SUPPOSED to be a double, it was a single. None of them had lettuce or anything included which was supposed to. We were missing fries and a chicken strips.
Bout $70 worth of food and am not impressed. Im sure we won’t hear from a manager at all either. Waste of money.

My family stopped at the Tuttle Sonic Saturday Afternoon. After paying 32.00 for our order, getting it home for dinner we had never been more disappointed.The drive up stalls didn’t work. We sat in the drive thru for quite some time, not even greeted at the window just told the total.
Look at the photos. The popcorn chicken wasnt even chicken anymore. It was hard and old. The breakfast burritos, we ordered 4 because they are on the all day menu, ugh. There is a photo of that also. They ONLY things correct in our order were the broccoli tots and the water. 2 other drinks were also not as ordered.
This seems to be the pattern at this location. I’m not sure why it’s not like other Sonic’s. We drove there last week and employee cars were parked blocking the entrance and exit. During business hours, that seemed odd.
I know how low work staff can be, if that is the case. There were several there. But it’s really no excuse for such bad service.
I saved my receipt and am interested in a refund, however I feel that calling the store itself will do me no good.

Had to wait a total of 40 minutes. Had items missing. And ones that were not correct. After 3 times and we were still missing things I gave up. Worst sonic ive ever been to will not go back.

They only have one girl there who seems to be the only one who gets the job done. For two drinks, 30 minute wait. Don’t think about going through the drive through either, that takes even longer.

They wouldn’t answer the drive through so we pulled into a parking spot. Still waited almost 10 minutes to place our order. Only 5 cars there when we arrived.

The most inconsistent sonic I’ve ever been too. They’ve increased prices and decreased portion sizes. Nothing “ultimate” about this breakfast burrito, 99% flour tortilla. Sonic is just lukewarm trash now.

This place definitely lacks communication and efficiency.
The carhop was very apologetic and kind.
An hour wait for two combo meals is way beyond ridiculous. It’s not even busy, about 3 other vehicles here.

Beware of the ice! I’ve been buying this ice for my water cup for months and kept running into this awful rancid onion taste in my cup. it finally dawned on me it was the melted ice from sonic causing it.
I assume the ice maker needs cleaned OR it’s Tuttle water. regardless, It was PUTRID.
It’s a good Sonic otherwise! Im just hoping this pushes management to look into this issue.
