Our meats are hickory smoked, hand picked, and chopped daily. Also, cole slaw, bbq beans, salads, brownies and banana pudding are made fresh daily. We only serve the highest quality products for our great customers. Our staff has extensive restaurant experience. Now, they are enjoying bringing you the highest quality BBQ to enjoy. We are a pick up restaurant (no inside seating). We have a walk up window and a Drive Thru for your convenience. We hope you come in to see us and enjoy our great food sometime soon!

I work in Rossville and live in Ringgold so there are several bbq options on my way home. I had just left the UPS store and was craving a loaded pork potato. Googled a few places and this was the closest. Drive thru operator was very sweet, prices were surprisingly lower than most bbq places I’ve been to and the pork was some of the best I’ve ever had! Large portion too, I had 2 meals out of it for $10!

Their burgers are Amazing. Always good service. Fresh hamburger meat not frozen. They use garden tomatoes when they are in season. I come from Lafayette to get the “Best Burgers in Town”. No matter what time of day I go, everyone is super nice and friendly.

Honestly, I’ve tried all the barbeque restaurants around town and can honestly say the BBQ sandwich here and slaw are the best! The potato logs are delicious also. I love shuffords also!! I have my top 3 bbq places in town and those are 2 of them! Good food and good people running these places makes a world of difference also!

Asked for my sour cream on the side, since I’d be having it later. And forget about asking for extra cheese, cause the cheese that comes on it is non existent. 1+1= 1. In East Ridge anyway. Too bad, pork is good.

Pretty good pork. Has a nice flavor. A little stingy with the sauce so might want to ask for extra if you’re a saucy kind of person!
The fries are a little toooooo salty I couldn’t eat them.
& I did pay $4 for a 32oz coke and got a tea so I was a little disappointed but that’s a easy mistake.
Customer service was good though, the older lady at the window is sweet!

Ordered their beef plate, and it had fantastic slaw since it was not overly drowned in sugar. Their pulled beef is stringy and not very smokey; which makes it tough and not very BBQish. A bit dissapointing though. Maybe their smoked chicken will be hopeful.

Asked for 2 chili and slaw hot dogs only nothing else, they asked if wanted mustard, said no. What I got was 2 hot dogs each one crammed into a hamburger container, loaded with mustard and the chili and slaw were put in the container as after thoughts with no attempt to put it in the dogs. Ordered from here many times with great results, terribly disappointed.
