I love this place. You can get ice cream cupcakes right out of the freezer or have them custom made. The freshly made items are amazing. Everything is rich and delicious. My husband stopped on Saturday to pick up a birthday cake. It was cookie dough and everyone raved about it. The cake was perfect, didn’t taste dry or frozen. The ice cream melted just enough. The pieces of cookie dough were so good. The staff is always super friendly and helpful any time I have stopped in. If you love ice cream cake this is the place to go.

Ordered 3 bowls of ice cream tonight at 8:23 pm. One was received with the mix in on top, and not mixed in. If I were eating in the car, it would have been a miss as just opening the lid caused stuff to fall out. I called to complain and the woman who answered told me that sometimes they just put the item on the top when they are busy. She said she had never received any complaints before, and I said I was officially complaining. She then went on to say that they technically did nothing wrong as I got what I ordered. I said that I ordered ice cream with a mix in, and it was not mixed in. If I had been physically present and standing there in line, they would never have done that. For the price of Cold Stone, I expect to get better service than this.
Update: The manager called and agreed that this is not supposed to happen and compensated me with a free ice cream the next time I come. I let him know that this was not the first time this type of laziness has happened and encouraged him to have a conversation with his employees. Once I order again during a busy time and see that the service has improved, I will update the rating.

First we want to place an order so there was only one person working so she was like i am busy and i am alone so can you place an order online we where like we will wait for u she was like someone will come in 15 minutes or she will help us out me and my husband was like okay we can wait so we did wait until the next person can and help us out with the order but when my husband want to pick up the cake the presentation was not good my husband told them to fix it but they were not able to fix it so and my son was so excited for the cake so you guys need to have someone who can fix the problem for the customer.

Had our best experience today. We came during lunch during the week and we’re the only ones here. The woman working was so kind and friendly. Got our order right. The register was actually working and took our points/membership and our gift card worked (all things we have had issues with in the past). Thank for a good experience 🙂

Have been coming to this Cold Stone for years, and the ice cream never gets old. My personal favorite is the Birthday Cake Remix, as you get a brownie mixed within the ice cream itself. They also have many options and different varieties; perfect for all kinds of tastes. In my last visit, Omar scooped my ice cream and was very nice and courteous. He was quick and good at what he does. I can highly recommend this Cold Stone and am very glad it’s nearby.

The lady working there was so kind!! Ive been to this Coldstone a bunch of times since I was a kid but I recently came back after a while. The service and ice cream has always good but nothing worth a review, but today the lady greeted us, asked about what we liked, offered a bunch of samples, I loved her energy!! After a bad coldstone experience at a different location this was so refreshing. And everything was tasty I hope she sees this
