The beef slider were excellent. The milkshake was good. The manager greeted us with a smile. Jeremiah accused me of not paying my drink in which he forgot to give it to me. I have to begged for my drink that I paid for. Overall, food was good.

It’s been several years since I visited an Arby’s and I always used to really like their food, so since I was in the area one weekday, I stopped in for lunch. The staff working there were really friendly and helpful. The menu is still appetizing, I could only hope that the items I was about to order would be prepared to spec and be as awesome.
I tried a couple of their sliders; the Buffalo Chicken and the Jalapeño beef and both were excellent. The Buffalo was fresh, piping hot, and spicy too. I also tried their curly fries and they were OK, but a little on the cool side, so they might have been sitting in the bin before being served. Finally, I tried their Smokehouse Brisket and it was decent, but not nearly as good as those sliders.
The lobby was decent, but all the sauces were empty. I asked for sauce at the counter and they gave me packets, as well as came out and filled the containers in the lobby.
Overall – it was a nice visit and I’d return.

Shorted me 2 fries, 1 drink and the drinks, we paid for larger sizes but they only filled the cups up 2/3 of the way… with diet versions of our drink and we didnt ask for any diet drinks.
They won’t answer the phone and didn’t give me a receipt so nothing I can really do about it.
I’m so stupid for not asking for that receipt and for not checking the order before driving away.
The last $58 they’ll get from me.

Spent extra money to get 2 bacon ranch wagyu burgers and fries. Both burgers were made incorrectly. Called and no one answered the phone. Would appreciate a refund.

Last 2 times I’ve visited the food has been cold and the service has been colder. I get it: I do. Arby’s fast food ain’t nobody’s dream job. I get that: but to just not talk to someone at the counter and act like you’re not there, then finally serve me cold food. Or today, not even acknowledge me at the drive through – at all – until I finally gave up and drove off. I’m not asking for much – just take my money hand me something that might be worth what I’m paying for and send me on my way. Again – I get it – nobody’s in love with what they’re doing there. I’m not even mad. Just disappointed really.

Family loved the sandwiches. The roast beef is delicious . We felt great after the meets, the strawberry lemonade, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. Service was friendly and accurate.

The location wasn’t busy, and the employees were friendly. The lobby was clean, but the kitchen area could have been better, from what you could see from the counter.
Ordered takeout, and asked for a couple of items to not be on a sandwich. When we got home, we found the sandwich had the items we asked to have removed. While this is an inconvenience, and we can remove the items ourselves at home, it wasn’t until my wife took the items off the sandwich that she found a hair on the cheese (one of the items we asked removed from the sandwich). Having worked in food service, hair in food is a huge turn-off. The employees *did* have hair restraints in place, so I can’t fault the employees for it, but they do need to be more diligent in checking for hair.

I ordered two Classic Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches for $7.00. Excellent value and food was very good, but had to wait 14 minutes in line at drive up window from the time I placed my order until I received my food. There were only two cars ahead of me at the window, so this seemed a little bit excessive. The lobby was closed for the evening at that time (8:45 pm), so I had no choice but to wait for my food.
