Coppola’s Bistro Ristorante is one of the best Italian food restaurants in South Florida. To start, it is so nice to go to a restaurant where all tables are elegantly dressed with tablecloths and complete setting. From the bread and butter they brought to the table, to the desserts, the appetizers and entrées, all was really delicious. Every plate was well presented and flavorful. I need to add that every prepared drink is outstanding as well. Will be back to enjoy other menu options.

Great service and superb food. Have no clue why this place was empty. However it was Monday night. Got the bruschetta to start was skeptical cause it came with three different types, the mushroom being my favorite out of the three, the artichoke one was also very good. The classic was on point with the shaved cheese. My woman had the lobster ravioli in pink sauce small but fulfilling as meal with great flavor and some shrimp on top. I had the osobucco pork with risotto and it was phenomenal; fork tender completely moist risotto was thick and hardy. Dessert was okay had a lava cake and affogato. The former was just right on sweetness and vanilla ice cream was delectable, the latter having too much liqueur for my taste. Overall great service and even better food will definitely recommend.

Italian is such a popular cuisine that we find it hard to get a restaurant that can do many of the dishes really well. This is one of them. We went on a Saturday afternoon when they just opened, and I didn’t realize it was a chain until later because the food was so good.
Our waiter Anthony (everybody calls him Tony) was very helpful when we tried to navigate their extensive menu. Not only were they participating in Miami Spice, they had separate 3 course meal deals that were tantalizing.
We settled on first the Antipasti Misto con Burrata. The prosciutto, mortadella and salami were top-notch, and the pesto sauce sauce with the burrata complemented it perfectly.
We also tried the Bruchetta Miste, which had a traditional bruschetta (I prefer more of a blended citrusy tomato salad version), the wild mushroom (very tasty), and the artichoke/fontina cheese. The last one was the best artichoke I’ve ever eaten, and I don’t traditionally eat it. It’s like it was injected somehow to make it even more juicier. Fantastic.
My wif’s Porcini Risotta was the best she’s ever had. Not only was it perfectly cooked, but somehow after the initial taste of creamy parmesan and truffle oil, there was a strong red wine sauce that surfaced. It was like I was tasting a risotto that someone added a flavor as I was eating it. It was delicious and a must-have.
I ordered the Coppolas alla Ruota, the Grana Padano cheese wheel. The parmesan cheese was slightly too sharp and bitter for my tastes, but I still enjoyed it thoroughly. They put a bit of red pepper flakes and parsley and it’s the gooey dish I dream about. I ordered blackened chicken as a side and the peppery crust actually worked seamlessly.
The Zabaglione is apparently a traditional Italian dessert, but it was our first time and we loved it. A light grape almost cream sauce with marsala wine and plump strawberries and berries. Like a compote but better.

This place was amazing. Ifvyou are looking for grat service, amazing food and music, this is the place to be. We had an amazing experience here, the hospitality here was top notch, everything we ate was delicious. We ordered the seafood platter appetizer and I will say this was the best cooked octopus I had in my entire life. It was tender and full of flavor and had a nice charr to it. For dinner I got the seafood pasta and it was to die for. The flavor of the sauce it wasn’t fishy at all like other Italian restaurants I have been to. All the pasta is home made and there wasn’t anything on the menu we ordered we didn’t like. My wife had the gnocchi and she said it was the best gnocchi she had. If you are looking for an amazing Italian restaurant this is it!! So glad they decided to open this place up in coral springs. Thank you to the staff for such an experience and amazing food

Good- food was average, sauces ok. Pasta good but nothing original.
Not great- multiple tables very shaky, water filled halfway, low quality bread and fresh parm cheese. Kenny G music was sad.
Very bad- prices way to much money for coral springs. How can lemonade be $11 when a glass of wine is $13?
Awful- we sat for 45 minute before we saw water or a menu. We then waited another 45 minutes for 1 app to arrive then another 30 minutes for mains. Then 15 minutes for processed cheese. Im convinced there is 1 chef as the restaurant could only serve 1 table at a time.
This is a great example of a restaurant that should not last because it doesn’t deserve too.

Came here for the first time during happy hour. Had the sangria, which was amazing and the bruschetta trio. It was very good. I also ordered the meatballs, which I did not get a photograph of. They were very good. Overall, I had excellent customer service and a great time. The drink and appetizers were $5 each. I will definitely come back for happy hour again and I will come back for the dinner.

The service was top notch. Michele was extremely OnPoint. He gave us great service. He was always standing by. Our water and wine glasses were never empty Live entertainment added charm.. We have been there a few times and it never disappoints! highly recommend
