The ease of ordering, paying and picking up was simple and pleasant. My pizza was done on time and so delicious; It had the perfect amount of toppings and was cooked to perfection. The young lady who took my payment saw me at the counter and rushed from across the room to assist me and the environment in there was very professional. Definitely coming back soon!

Upon entry I wasnt greeted as two boys were dual serving a Spanish speaker. Maybe new staff training? A very helpful woman came from the back and granted me service to collect a carry out she sat my special on the bar with ranch and marinara and the main counter guy, previously ignoring me, swapped my ranch for a different ranch while helpful ladys back was turned and without making eye contact.
Me:”Why did he swap my ranch?”
Lady:”Sorry? I got you a fresh ranch?”
Me:”HE swapped it”
Lady”Oh?”
Me:”Its fine”
I tried not to overthink but without mentioning it later I was told by husband my ranch was funky… now im creeped.

Charged me 10$ extra gave me no peppers or Parmesan’s and didn’t dice the tomatoes on the pizza either like how I asked or cooked them. Terribly disappointed at this price point should expect better service.

Be careful using their online ordering. If you select re-order you will be over charged. See the pictures I’ve attached and the price differences. Black background is the original order, light background is the price break down when you select re-order. Giving only 3 stars because of this. Will update this review if they fix the re-order option when ordering online.
Their pizza is pretty good. Wish they would give out more Parmesan in their little packets. Most of the time they only give two small packets of each peppers and parm for two large pizzas that’s just not enough.

Seems like every time I order there’s a problem, but do they make it right? No. Let’s let the pizzas get cold and cool pineapple to put on pizza while acting like this order is an inconvenience for them… not impressed. Hope Homedale gets better employees or management! It’s sad because this is the only pizza place in this town! Last time I ordered they were almost 2 hours late with it because… there was 3 people with the same name… and they had to actually make mine! Pretty sad!

I came in the other night on Tuesday, as I was eating I really enjoyed the food, the service was excellent and I really appreciate the guy who helped me with a box for my left over pizza, while I was leaving I didn’t quite catch his name, but he had curly dark hair and glasses he was a very nice and helpfull gentleman, and asked me if I like that food and I said it was wonderful. Definitely recommend if you want good pizza and great service.

We ordered pizza, one of our pizzas was missing most of the toppings that come with it. The manager was very kind and accommodating to replace the pizza that wasn’t made correctly. The staff was equally polite. Thanks Idaho Pizza!

50/50 chance you will get your food in a decent time and without being burned. I’m a patient person, but gosh this place seems to be getting much worse in just the last 3 months. Especially for the price you pay!
This last time (and it might be the last time we ever go back) we waited 25 min for our order, while watching 3 other people come in after us order and get their food. Thankfully, there was this nice guy that noticed us as we went back up front and got the mgr for us. The manager was nice and gave us a refund after she found our order just sitting on top of the oven. The girl that took our order put it in as to-go when we were dine-in…ZERO apology from her and just a shrug when the mgr pointed out the error. The order was luke-warm, and the pizza was burnt around all the edges. Very disappointed.

A great place for pizza. A few of their menu options have changed, other than that you can expect great food at great prices made by great people. This restaurant is clean, well ventilated, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Over all your welcome here and will enjoy yourself.
