I stumbled upon this place leaving Sams Club and had to stop! What a selection! I definitely almost tried the burger. Great addition! Someone with picky kids like mine surely thought that one up! I was plain and tried just a soft taco with sour cream. $3.01 is definitely alot for a fast food taco. It was pretty similar to taco bell. Just fresher. Meat tasted like spot on the same. Friendly service. I will be back to try that burger next. Sorry for the amatuer photography. I promise me eating and driving looked worse

First and last time ordering. The sauce on my burrito tasted like it was on the verge of spoiling (del dorado epic chicken). The carne asada steak fries I ordered had what looked like 2 scoops of ground beef instead of steak. Not worth the hype. If I could figure out how to request a refund, I would. The feedback link on my order doesn’t work.

Honestly, this is one of the best Del Tacos to go in Chesapeak… every time I go, I’m greeted with a smile and a great attitude! Pedro served my food today, and although it was quick, it was pleasant! These guys/location definitely deserve some high recognition! Hats off to you! Not many places like this anymore…

Our first visit proved to be a great one. I had the soft tacos and they were packed to the top of the shell. My husband had the cheese and beef burrito and he was so impressed he went to the manager and employees and thanked them for preparing such a good meal. We will be back for sure!!!!

This was so amazing. I will never settle for Taco Bell again after enjoying del taco. I had a double cheese burger with fries and taco and chicken strips and Carmel cheese cake bites everything was so good. The tacos actually triples the about of meat and cheese taco bells puts on there’s. I’m from Roanoke VA and I think every taco bell should be replaced with del tacos so everyone can experience the same happiness and they are cheaper. Plus they cut all there veggies in store and shred the cheese in store. It’s just nothing bad to say about del taco except there needs to be one near Roanoke VA.

First time at the Del Taco in Chesapeake, VA. I’ve been to ones out west, and this exceeded expectation. Ordered the #1 Del Taco meal with 2 tacos, fries, and drink. There was so much cheese! Loved it. Taco shell was great and in one piece prior to eating. (IYKYK, right?) Tomatoes were fresh, and the meat was great… no sogginess here. The whole experience was good. Inside is super clean, and the music is on par. Sidenote: the shopping center is hard to get into, and the city has really tucked the restaurant into the parking lot. It’s still worth the trip in… live a little Hampton Roads, and get you some Del Taco.

Terrific fast food option. They initially got my order wrong but quickly corrected it, They offered a drink to compensate for the mix up, but I declined their hospitality.
Two hard shell beef tacos and a beef and bean burrito. Good stuff. Their hot sauce is a bit mild, but flavorful.
The place is new but it is really clean. Everyone looked like they were focused on their jobs.

This was my first time having Del Taco, and I loved it! My family recommended the carne asada street tacos and they were great, up to par with authentic taco truck tacos I’ve had. It took a few minutes, but the manager and staff were incredibly kind and made sure I had everything I needed. I also love all of the seating options, I always feel bad taking up a table for one person if a place is busy but they had these nice little cubicles.
