Wife and I went for lunch and had a delicious time. Service was great, drinks were amazing, I had both versions of their Old Fashioned drinks, wife had an Aperol Spritz, all were delicious. Wife had The Stagecoach w/ Casear salad, I had The Filet sandwich w/ garden salad with a side of the Bacon Brussels and Truffle fries.
In my opinion the cibatta bread could have been toasted a bit more, but the wife liked it, so… what do I know? But that was literally my only critique. The sandwiches and sides were amazing.
The we finished off lunch with dessert and got the Maple Pecan Butter Cake ( insert Homer Simpson drooling meme here) it came HOTT on a small Cast Iron pan with Pecan flavored Ice cream. Again….it was amazing.
They get busy for dinner most nights, try to get a Reservation. But if you can go for lunch, that is what I would recommend. We will be back….with friends.

Service was good. Staff were friendly, attentive and nice.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations, especially compared to other well-known steakhouses such as Gwen or CUT in LA. Steak and burger were ok. Fries weren’t to my liking as they were the soft kind.
However, if you’re looking for a local steakhouse in the Inland Empire then it’s still worth a visit as Meat Cellar is up there on the IE list (probably top 5).

Had an amazing time at the Johnnie Walker event.
The whisky was outstanding, the cocktails were crafted with care, and the food was pure chef’s kiss.
A truly great night with people who know how to do things right. Love the team at Meat Cellar. Will be back soon!

Expensive, delicious meals work well for anniversaries, this place fit the occasion. The meals start with a delicious complimentary cornbread muffins that served as a great precursor of what ro expect. They were cooked to perfection, soft & moist but not too flimsy that theycrumble when you spread butter on ’em,, and the honey butter paired exceptionally well with them. 1st time getting wagyu, we were able to pull the meat apart with a spoon OMG! About 100 bux per head to EAT!. Their mac&cheese was other-wordly. Not at all the type of mac and cheese for your flavorless, chicken-nugget-loving kids. It was an EXPLOSION of garlic and creaminess. Also tried their pouting. The dish was a little too salty, & I’m a salt loving guy. Fancy water bottles & good service.

The Meat Cellar in Claremont is a culinary treasure! The inviting, upscale ambiance creates a warm, cozy vibe. Service was impeccable—our server, wish I had caught Her name, was welcoming, courteous, and recommended a stellar Cabernet. The tomahawk steak was the highlight: unbelievably juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with rich flavor. It was a meal to remember. With generous portions and fair prices, The Meat Cellar delivers an unforgettable experience. Five stars for exceptional hospitality and cuisine!

Came here for the first time, and we have probably the best meat ever! We ordered the classic board which I saw other reviewer recommended it. Awesome!!! The appetizers are great too. We ordered the octopus and oysters. Both were fantastic. The place is very lively! Friendly service! Highly recommended!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The steak is perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The side dishes are delicious and flavorful. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

Came in on a Wednesday at 6:30 pm ready to celebrate a birthday with a group of nine. The staff helped me get a table to accommodate a large party without a reservation. The food was fresh and delicious. The mini cornbread that came out before the food was so yummy. Bone marrow was great! Just wish I had more sliced baguettes. Mashed potatoes, mushrooms, pork belly and the sauce sampler were a great addition to the meal. The waiter was great with the joke he played on us with the cake. He pretended to trip with the cake but the box was empty! The group loved it. Thanks for a great experience while we celebrated our family birthdays.

I’ve been here now a total of 3 times and I say I won’t come back each time and yet here I am for the third time. I keep coming back as friends keep saying to give it another try. But honestly, it sucks. For a place called meat cellar. They should really learn how to cook a proper steak. Each time I go I ask for med/rare. The steak comes out either blue rare( 5 second sear, I could still hear the cow mooing!) or well done hard like a dinner plate. The amount of times I’ve sent steaks back should’ve bankrupt them. My 6yr can cook a steak better than these guys. I really hope they come to their senses and change their name or how they cook. My wife even got the fish and it was dry as a bone. I don’t understand how people call this place good. Service isn’t bad but food is awful. Go somewhere else. You’ve been warned 🙂
