Really nice restaraunt, grrat staff, but last time we came there was no guac on the burger. This time we got a lid for (what I assume to be) the premade guac. I understand the need for prepackaging and portioning, but really? How hard is it to not drop the lid in the sandwich… Dropped from a 4 to 2 star rating.

The food at this location is never a let down it always tastes great. This particular trip there went off without a hitch. We got everything we ordered and within a reasonable amount of time. Most of the time it is a very long wait for us when we are there for carry out and about one out of every 3 or 4 times they forget an order of fries with our order. So I suggest if you are getting a bigger order just to double check before walking out the door. The quality of food and the courtesy of the staff really helps to keep them at 4 stars for me even with the usual long wait times and sometimes forgetting orders of fries.

Grabbed a couple of burgers for the wife and me. Didn’t realize why you need a double or triple burger. The burgers are so thin you can shave with the patty. Order a triple and you just might have a burger. Sad to see how things have gone downhill.

This is one of those unfortunate times I have to give a less than great review. So let me break it down.
The servers were great, friendly and helpful.
We decided to eat there. And this is where it went bad. After we ordered I started looking around, and noticed that the place was dirty not a after the lunch rush hour dirty but not thoroughly cleaned dirty. See the pictures I posted.
Our food arrived in a timely manner, as expected. As we ate I noticed that we missed the happy hour half price shake deal by 2 minutes. We were told by the manager that the computer controls that and he couldn’t override it.
So a this point I’m thinking Hmmmm I’m a server and like tips so I’m gonna tell am customers that if they want to wait they can get a better deal on there meal.
And the manager finally came up with a way to make this part of our visit better.
So the food is great the servers are awesome and some idiot gave control to the matrix and not the managers/cashiers.

Great food and poor service. I routinely have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through window with only two cars in front of me. Then get the wrong order.
WOW! They never miss an opportunity to disappoint. Went inside half filled dining room. Waited 15 minutes to order. Another 20 minutes for food. The milkshake came when I finished my entire meal. I don’t eat fast.

This place is horrible. Probably one of the rudest people I have come across from a fast food restaurant. They don’t speak to you. Forgot our drink. Gave us a bad tasting cheese cup. With the same gloves on, takes my money, gets my food and helps himself to some food too. This place needs to be shut down. Adding on, doordash has been waiting 30 minutes, for what? 04/02/21. My child really wanted it but you know what never again!

I’ve had better experience at other places; I understand the food business, and all but this time, two younger servers were taking forever not to mention slacking off MAJORLY! Not to mention taking forever on our milkshakes which by the way were POORLY MADE! The two older ladies were doing their very best to attend every customer.

There was 2 cars in the drive Thur including mine. The wait for our food was 20 min. Live 5 min from the restaurant. Got home and the bacon cheese burger was sliding apart and had to be put back together to eat. The burger did not have a hint of warmth. It was cold, the bun was hard, and the condiments were minimal. The other two sandwiches were also cold and the cheese was not melted. The fries were the only thing that seemed remotely fresh. And they were almost cold. I paid $24 for food that was terrible. I would suggest a review of your personal and management at this location.

We arrived, waited to be seated then the waitress had an attitude and wasn’t very friendly when we asked to sit in a full booth rather than one with a half seat. We waited about19 minutes and no one ever came to great us or acknowledge that we were even there. We got up and left and went to Freddy’s for a delicious, staff friendly, burger and fries.
