Papa John’s! Yall just told my wife that the 4 lil sauces that are on the pizza boxes is “Free for now” let me tell you something if yall start charging for/selling these ima think yall done ran out of creative ways to make money! Let me tell ya! Box’em all back up! Get a refund from whoever you got the “Garlic Hot Honey, Creamy Garlic Pesto, and Roasted Garlic Parm” from, save their number as “Scam-Likely”. The pizza fire though. I just know that when I give a 1 star it gets seen! And yall need to see this one. Them sauces should be retired by 2026. Get your money back Papa John’s. They’re scamming Likely!

I ordered a pizza online. It was delivered by a papa John’s driver had the logo light on his car (he was pleasant). However, my pizza was lukewarm (basically on the verge of being cold). I called Papa John’s and pressed option #5 for a manager. Sherell (not sure if I spelled it right), answered the phone. I asked if my pizza should’ve been delivered in a warmer pouch. She responded initially saying customers don’t keep those. So, I reworded my question to her to make sure we were on the same page because I was asking if the pizza should’ve been inside a warmer while the driver transported it and brought it to my door. Then, she raised her voice exhibiting a disgruntled tone, and went on a rant about how they had delivered over 200 pizzas tonight and some drivers had to do double deliveries due to an influx of orders because it’s the holiday season. She proceeded to say “so no your pizza was not delivered in a warmer probably because we were out of them”. It would’ve been more suitable to apologize for my experience and advise me in a nice tone that unfortunately they were running short on warmers. She shouldn’t be a manager because she lacks empathy and understanding. Also, let’s be clear, busy is good. If Papa John’s wasn’t busy they wouldn’t need to employ her. I guess her job is not how she keeps her bills paid. Very weird to be frustrated and complaining about being busy while at work. Feels like I’m being punished because I chose to order at Papa John’s and not Marco’s or Pizza Hut. Now I know the manager, Sherrell, would rather I spend my money elsewhere to keep them from being busy.

Update: nvm I manned up and called the store and the manager I talked to was very nice about the misshap of my order and they are very accommodating to fixing mistakes. Which is a plus I suppose.

Whoever was making the pizzas today (12/29/25) at around 1pm deserves a raise! Best Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever tasted! I would post a pic but it’s all gone.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at this Papa John’s. When we walked in, no one greeted us, and we stood there for a while before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Not a single “Welcome to Papa John’s” or basic courtesy when we arrived. First impressions matter, and the lack of attention made the whole visit feel unwelcoming. The food was great.

I am a manager at a local restaurant and ordered some food for my team since its Halloween night. Once I got the food back to my team, they enjoyed it so fast I didn’t realize that they threw my copy of the receipt away. As I was expecting to get paid back from my restaurant for the order, I needed the copy of the receipt. Cheryl answered the phone when I called and she was so kind and went out of her way to help me the best she could. She was able to text me a copy of the receipt so I can receive my reimbursement. Thank you Cheryl for all of your help on an extra busy night.

CU2HM dark colored Camry driven by an old man with disabled placards. With your delivery topper. Ran around a turn lane to cut everyone and make an illegal turn at the light on 192 before the 27 overpass. Not sure why we’re letting people like this still continue to have a license but here they are delivering pizza. Hope something‘s done about this because the old man clearly could’ve caused a serious accident ignoring road laws. And if this wasn’t the location that he works at, I hope somebody ends up sending this to the right person at the right location.
