Serving overcooked/burnt meat and a finger drop of cheese/sauce. I ordered 2 burritos. It’s the driest/burnt tasting meal I’ve had in my life. Had to brush my teeth after wasting money on such a meal.

Spent nearly 150 on a shared chicken taco platter and a few extras. One of my guests arrived to pick it up. Was not ready. Cashier was confused and rude. Order missing rice I paid extra for. Called to request it be delivered to my home as one of my guest did not eat meat and the manager instead argued with me that it was insignificant due to it only being a servicing size for one person. When i asked for his name he hung up. Would really appreciate a call from the store owner.

I don’t even know where to start but I’ll be returning tomorrow when they open with the food I purchased. From the dried out meat so I went veggie, to the burnt veggies that he scraped into my burrito n made the whole thing insane to eat bc the burnt taste and pieces through out it, or the lack of common sense to grab more foil to completely wrap the burrito before placing it in the counter touching and trying to throw it in a bag, and because I asked it to be wrapped completely he got an attitude and started literally throwing everything into the big plastic bag. Food should not be sitting out to the point it’s hardening and still serving people, hence why I went veggie smh. Let’s not mention the girls hair found in my daughters nachos bc she didn’t have her hair in a damn net or a hat on. I’m beyond disgusted n pissed. Do better with hiring ppl and training and do better with your food quality before you get someone sick!

Have had good experiences at this location in the past. However, my recent order left much to be desired. The portion was considerably smaller than I was used to. Never has my order had this much of the bowl’s walls visible; nor has the bowl’s bottom been visible at all – until today. I had also ordered guacamole in my bowl which was absent without explanation.
This would be understandable (although not acceptable) at an establishment like Taco Bell. But for the prices that Qdoba charges, this lack of care and ability to deliver upon it’s expectations is laughable. I would recommend avoiding ordering from this Qdoba until they have confirmed to have improved in these regards.

Staff was awesome. But WOW I got a small bowl with only double chicken and veggies in it. Cost $15 and I’m still very hungry (the portion to price ratio bad) I can’t be coming back here anymore

Horrible me and my family of 4 is here in town for a heart transplant across the Street we was recommended to go here to eat never been here 1st complaint r approach was off and not there 2nd rice was half way cooked portions was small 2 beans watery not enough portion 3. Steak didn’t have season to it burnt more than anything chicken was lightly season COULDVE just got regular grilled chicken 4. Queso was to runny chips was to salty and your pricing is not cheap for a family of 4
