I was there to get lunch on Friday noon. I greeted the employee, from the moment the employee gave me a nasty look, I ignored it. My nephew then asked the lady if they “accepted coupons”, she replied “yes we do”. So I proceeded to order, as I was ordering she then looks at me making nasty looks and says “I wont take your coupon.” And I told her that it was okay, I still wanted to buy the food. As she was making my sandwiches she kept making nasty looks towards me and my nephew, and she seemed like she didn’t want to be making my food, I wasn’t rude or disrespectful to her in any way ( I have also worked in the food industry so I try to be as respectful as possible). She took long making my sandwiches, and then she repeated herself saying “I wont take your coupons” and I reminded her that it was okay, I still wanted my food. The whole experience was just negative.

The costumer service here is horrible. Online the hours are 7am on Saturdays. When I walked in, the hours on the window states 7am on Saturday. I got here at 7:13ish, I was able to walk in and the lights were on. I said hello are you guys open?The lady looks around and stay it’s closed very rude rudely. She was very sarcastic, and never apologized for the inconvenience. I wish there was a way for me not to give a star

I wish I read the reviews before going to this place. For one the soda machine puts out hot drinks with no ice, the food didn’t taste fresh, and I’m wondering why I spent 15 dollars at subway. They don’t accept coupons at all. First and last time visiting this subway.

Stopped here to get two wraps. We wanted our cheese melted in our wraps and they denied our order. The woman just kept saying they don’t toast wraps but it’s what the customer requested therefore it should have been done. We went to the closest subway after that and they had no problem with melting our cheese for us. This location will never see us again!

Absolutely $h!+ fest. You can not adjust anything on your subs nor make any special requests nor use coupons because they “Dont have a button for that”. They literally dont have a button for anything..so why are you even operating?? Ridiculous waste of lunch time
