Unfortunately, every single time that I come to this McDonald’s it either takes 40 minutes to get your food or they screw up your order. When you go on the drive-through, it’s like they don’t understand English and they get your order completely wrong. They always make you go up to the third window and just sit there and wait for your food. Meanwhile, people are waiting in line on the drive-through for over 20 minutes. There’s always somebody disgruntled coming to this place. It’s such a shame because the owners seemed like such a nice people, but the staff is just running it to the ground. There’s never anybody at the counter when you’re inside and the tables are not wiped down , The napkins are not stocked, And the floor is not swept.

So much for “fast food”, waited 25 minutes for my order. Coffee was missing. informed the team member after another 5 minutes of waiting. When the coffee was finally received, most of it was on the lid. very messy. Management/owner needs to step in to provide better training/leadership. This franchise has gone down hill fast..

I go to McDonald’s about twice a year and every time I go I’m reminded why I refuse to go to McDonald’s more than twice a year. It’s 10 degrees put and all I wanted was a coffee and a sandwich. Of course I make sure to say “light with extra sugar” 4 times because that’s what it takes for them to put it up on the screen. After receiving the coffee and waiting the requisite 30 minutes for it to arrive at a drinkable temperature i take a sip and realize there’s virtually no sugar in this coffee. Like barely any. Are we rationing? Is there a war on? Ridiculous. And it’s every damn time. Screw up a man’s coffee and he might as well crawl back into bed and start the day over again.

We found a place where the trash cans were overflowing, the tables were dirty, and we waited over 15 minutes for our food. The coffee was cold, and when we asked for hot coffee to be replaced, they served it to us in the same cups and lids that they had obviously tampered with. We ordered apple pies and had to wait another 15 minutes because they were going to bake them. We were short on one and had to wait another 15 minutes because they were supposed to bake them… they gave them to us without an expiration date sticker, which is required and visible. When we wanted to complain about all these things, we approached the counter and everyone was looking at us, but no one was helping us. The maintenance man approached us and in a rude and arrogant manner asked what the problem was, scaring my grandchildren with his attitude. In the end, we were the joke of all the employees, including the inept manager, who is unprofessional. After they renovated the facilities, the service is terrible!!

The worst. Only the 3rd time since they re-opened. And only because we were right near it. Rude on the drive thru, AND of course forgot an item. Same as the last time when i said i wouldnt go back. But, never again.

Ordered two large fries. Told to move up to the 3rd window for two fries. 10 minutes later thinking I’m going to get fresh fries only for them to be soggy. Good thing you built in the 3rd window since everyone was told to go to it. Slow food as usual.

Most ridiculous looking McDonald’s I have ever seen. I had visited this location before the renovation and it was great. Now a much smaller place, menu screens are nowhere to be found, rude and unprofessional stuff.

I’ve eaten here exactly twice and both times it has been quite good. It’s fast. It’s friendly. It’s clean. The coffee is hot. As far as McDonald’s go it’s definitely above average.
