From the moment I walked in your store she was “all smiles.” I’ve worked in Customer Service for over 4 yrs and can totally recognize Good Customer Service when I see it!! So glad I met Rhegan and I hope that you would take the time to acknowledge and reward Rhegan for her pleasantries and professional conduct at the register!!
