From Oakland that had spent a lot of time New Orleans — I have been jonesing for gumbo and catfish that is not inside a casino or boujee restaurant. I came across Keith Lee’s recommendation for Southern Taste Seafood & More and decided to try it out. Lord, this is one of the best meals I’ve had in Vegas since we moved here 6 years ago! The Catfish was so good. I’m not a gumbo person but my husband tried the gumbo and he really loved it. This tiny food truck definitely has the New Orleans flavor. The cook was so nice, he came out to converse with us. There are chairs there to sit down while you wait for your food. There is for sure Love and passion for cooking in this tiny food truck
