Make sure you know how much your food is before you order, because the employees don’t. They do vibe price gouging. They over charged me 9 dollars for one pizza, and lied straight to my face, saying it was tax. Right on the receipt it says “no tax”. I do not appreciate being lied to. Our office has been ordering from this pizzeria for years, and it’s become a tradition to have their pizza every Monday. The service is always friendly, reliable, and consistent, and the food never disappoints. The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. We truly appreciate the excellent service and delicious food week after week! highly recommend!

I ordered a Pepperoni Sheet pizza for Delivery!! I have been doing business with Palermo’s for 10 plus Year’s and tonight Pizza was Horrible it’s Raw dough on the top and I never received the Pepperoni on it all I got was Burnt Cheese Pizza and I Ordered a sheet pizza with pepperoni and Xtra cheese and it’s missing sauce!!! I’M waiting for the Owner to call me back it’s been 25 minutes and Nooo Call back!!!! Also when you pull the piece of pizza the top comes right off Leaving the bottom crust it’s like 2 dough’s on top of each other!!! This is the 4th time!! But tonight Pizza is Awful!!!! first time ever! Even my Son’s are Complaining about it! They charged me $38.89 for a Horrible Pizza. Plus I always Tip the Driver!!! Thank you Priscilla!!!

Update after 2 years: still mostly sucks. Worst customer service I’ve ever encounter especially for a business who screws up as consistently as they do.
Sad because when they actually try & do it right, they’re one of my favs. They’re ‘idgaf’ attitude has gotten progressively worse. I’ve been eating here 20 years and boy has it been going downhill. Especially in the customer service department. They take no ownership for mistakes and offer to make nothing better. Wings are sauce less and bland; and I’m talking everything wings, which are fantastic when made properly. Slices are often dried out. Customer service is def the worst part though. Told the owner about receiving a bunch of wings that were just half pieces, among other issues. He did nothing other than say “yet you came back”. Guess it’s my fault for giving them chances. Sucks that it’s so hit and miss these days, it used to be a staple of Utica and what I considered the best pizza and wings. They do make a great BLT.

They overcharge. What’s worse is that they are rude and lie about. They overcharged me be almost 10 bucks and told me it was “tax”. The receipt actually says on it “no tax”. Get your pizza from somewhere else. Palermo does not deserve your patronage.

Got the small pizza and 20 wings combo. Garlic pizza and garlic butter wings… DELICIOUS. Wings were cooked well and there was a ton of butter to keep them juicy (only warning is ask for extra napkins). Garlic pizza was delicious as well. It was late so not rating the service or atmosphere as it wouldnt be accurate. Photo taken well into the meal as we got distracted by the delicious food.
