I got the biscuits and gravy with chicken. Forgot what it’s called on the menu but man this hits the spot. They cooked my egg perfect to order. The tots were crispy and seasoned to perfection. The biscuit was fluffy and not dry at all. Recommend this place.

It was good. Not amazing. There are better places to get biscuits and gravy. The beignets were dry. Don’t get those. The biscuit itself was good. The gravy was bland. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The cheesey tots were too squishy – I didn’t care for the texture. Maybe they needed to be cooked longer. I didn’t try a donut or coffee.

First time eat at a Rise establishment. Ohhh, how I wish you were in Kentucky!!!. Coffee was top-notch. The blueberry biscuit was all over my face from just cramming it into my mouth. Was a large biscuit, stayed together. Holy cow, was that good. Ordering was easy. Like how you can choose options on your sandwich. Was served quickly by very friendly staff. Clean and smelled great. I ordered a catering order and they were ready early and very quickly added 2 veggie biscuits to my order so I was still out on time and for a great deal to serve about 15. The mini biscuit box with donuts was the way to go! They also matched my high energy early in the morning AND spelled my name right on the box. Seems trivial but it means a lot.

Ordered the classic chicken biscuit with no pickles. Had to reorder because they added pickles. Should have double checked the second time; there’s this smelly orange sauce on my biscuit that tastes like wasabi. Gave two stars because the fries were good. Couldn’t eat the biscuit.

I cannot overstate how great and fresh the food from Rise is. I typically do not like using a tablet in-store to order but their system works very well and there is always an employee nearby to answer questions. In this case, the electronic ordering leaves them to do what they do best which is make some AMAZING chicken and biscuits. All the food ingredients are incredibly fresh and you honestly get the sense that they care and take pride in what they do…and they should. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious and unlike any I’ve tried elsewhere (I think they use the same dough that they use for biscuits) and they always have great tasting donuts.
The only negative I can say is that they stopped making my favourite type of donut and that if you are looking to eat there, the soda machine is currently out of service and only have bottles available.
They open early (be aware they also close by 2pm) and it’s likely the freshest, best food you’ll find in the morning. The price is just right and the quality is consistent.

Had an issue with my sandwich and I made a comment. The sandwich was immediately fixed and we were even given cinnamon rolls for the inconvenience, appreciated them trying to make it better asap! Great food as usual!

The service was the only good thing. Not saying much since it’s basically completely self-serve. The place was very very dirty and it was 7:30 am. How are they already that Dirty? Did they not even clean anything from the day before? Not only was it filthy the food was not good and I didn’t even eat it

I went today for the first time. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. The doughnuts are a bit more expensive than the standard Dunkin Doughnuts or Krispy Kreme, but are well worth it. They were waiting on the Raspberry filled to finish cooking, and happened to be out of the chocolate milk, so the guy up front let me have a drink on the house. Even without the drink, it was the best customer service I’ve had in a long while.
