Worst location ever!!
This is the second time I ordered delivery from here. The first time it took forever to get the order, the driver apparently clocked out before delivering my order, so mine sat until they got someone else to bring it. The second time I didn’t get the sauce I had to order, my order didn’t add up to the delivery total, so I had to order sauce. When i called the store i was told they would send the driver back with it. Five minutes later, they called me and said the driver could not come back but would credit my account, which they did not. The food I ordered was burnt (the tots were a very small portion for $8)which made it taste bad and could not eat. Not to mention sloppy. If you hate your job that much find another one, otherwise take pride in your work!

I am writing to report an extremely troubling experience with my recent Domino’s order from this location. My delivery arrived in unacceptable condition: a substance was in my bag contained an unidentifiable green, chunky substance and emitted a strong odor of cigarette smoke. This was not surprising once I noticed that the delivery driver had a passenger in the vehicle who was actively smoking during the delivery with her head hanging out the window.

The pizza itself was smushed to the point where it was nearly inedible. I was concerned for both the quality and safety of my food, so I personally drove to the store to address the matter.

At that point, I encountered the store’s manager — whose name I believe is Barbara Kelley (I am certain about the last name, and I believe I read Barbara as the first). Instead of handling the situation professionally, she offered a refund only for my drink while disregarding the fact that my entire meal was compromised. Her tone was dismissive, her approach was defensive, and she spoke to me in a manner that can only be described as disrespectful.

To make matters worse, while this conversation was taking place, other employees in the store were laughing at the situation as if it were some kind of joke. This behavior reflects a complete lack of professionalism and shows a store culture that clearly does not value customer concerns.

As a store manager, she should understand that customer service is not optional — it is the foundation of the job. The way she handled this matter, and the conduct she allowed from her staff, reflects poorly on the Domino’s brand. I strongly suggest corporate review store footage to witness firsthand how this interaction was managed. If this is considered acceptable management behavior, I would question whether this individual should continue representing your company in such a role.

Domino’s has a reputation for quality and service, but this location, under the current management, is failing to uphold it. I urge corporate to take corrective action — for the sake of your customers and your brand’s credibility.

This is one of the best pizza places around! The dough always tastes fresh, and they often have plenty of coupons available on their app for takeout. Orders are prepared quickly, and most of their food is consistently delicious. However, the garlic knots and choco lava cake are absolute must-tries. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always provides excellent service.

This pizza made me sick. I ordered two! A spinach, mushroom, and onion stuffed crust. And a cheese pizza. I ate three slices of the veggie one and about 1-2hrs later I was hugging the toilet. It tasted good going down, but not long after my stomach started feeling bad and I could taste it in the back of my throat coming back up.

This was a late night order so I don’t know if that played a role in the quality of the ingredients they used(maybe sat out at incorrect temps or something ‍♀️), but after not ordering from them in years, I’m back to NOT ordering from them. No thank you!

Ordered three pizzas. Two were burnt. My family choked one of the burnt ones down and I called and told them I had a burnt pizza I needed to return. They said they could either make another one or give me a credit for the next time which is fine even though I have to go back to dominos. I said hey can you cook another pizza. Sure she said we will go ahead and make another one for you. Cool. Wait twenty minutes to take back their burnt pizza, and guess what they have no idea what I’m talking about. They returned my money. My problem is the incompetence and the inconvenience it cost me and my family. Twice. Once for the burnt pizza twice when they failed to remake the pizza. Also the toppings on both the pizzas were super scarce. Buying takeout is all about convenience. From now on it’s either Famularis or Papa Johns.

Ordered Extra pepperoni and extra sausage got zero pepperoni. No resolution been on hold for 10 minutes waiting on them to answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This place is way too hit and miss. Probably two out of every three times I’ve ordered a pizza barely have any toppings on them. Noticeably so. I’m not super picky so if it’s anywhere near decent, I’ll eat it and be fine but Really if I’m paying the extra money to get three toppings I wanna see three toppings. I don’t want half the pizza missing the toppings. Not sure if this is the franchisee or just lack of training or what but it is super consistent and it’s happened over and over again. I have mentioned it a couple times to the employee when I pick it up pointing out there’s barely anything on there And the last response I got was that they can’t put anymore because then the pizza won’t be good. That that’s how much they’re supposed to put. I said, hey, I just ordered 12 dominoes pizzas for a function from the other location and none of them looked like this. They fixed it, but I’m pretty much over rolling the dice to see if I’m gonna get dough cheese and some sauce or if I’m actually gonna get a pizza. Staff is really friendly though

Called to see about placing an order to deliver to a park where we were at. They confirmed they can and went ahead and placed order with a 45-60 minute wait and that they would call when arriving to ensure meeting location. After 75 minutes I called to check on status and they said “we dropped it off to the kid”. They never called. They literally handed my pizza to a random kid. Was then told it will be at least another hour if I wanted to wait. I don’t understand how there is no confirmation on who is signing for my payment.

Employee had an absolutely abysmal attitude! I am not at all one to complain about retail and restaurant workers but this person was so unbelievably flat out UNfriendly that I actually lost my appetite for pizza!

I mean if an attitude can CLEARLY communicate to a customer, “You are NOT welcome here!” and “We hate having your business!”, this guy has it down to a well honed science! I can honestly say I have never ever felt so blatantly UNwelcomed by any pizza person ever in over 50 years of ordering pizzas!

This guy managed to serve a huge portion of icy unhappiness along with this pizza. I will make a point of never subjecting myself to this location ever again no matter how convenient it might be! I mean 30 minutes later and it still feels bad! That’s got to be a record of some kind! (And yes, I sent this along to management and customer service too!)

Oh and the pic? I got the 6 cheese pizza – why is there green peppers in it?

Ordered food online and stated that delivery time was 35 minutes well an hour and ten minutes later we got our cold food which one of the pizza boxes was crushed down on the pizza and had been for a while because cold cheese does not stick to the box, then the driver dropped some of the food on the ground and did not apologize all he said when he handed us the food was l hate these boxes. Called the store and the manager who sounded as he was lost had the hardest time finding my order online said he could not refund my money for damaged food and only offered a free pizza as if l would order from there again
