Great food. Had the hamburger and fries. Loved the mix of sweet potatoe and regular fries.
Had a very rustic feel but not dirty or messy. We got to sit right by the open door, which was just great in the summer air.
Great couple of men own this place. It was recommended to me by a friend who has had their cooking. Glad I went.

My wife and I were there last night. The next door steakhouse was recommended as the best in the area. We were going there but was crowded and went into Rustler for a steak dinner. I ordered the ribeye, my wife ordered the tenderloin. I have NEVER tried to eat, and couldn’t past 3 bites, more tasteless steaks. Those are the 2 hardest steaks to screw up…5 stars on that end.
However, awesome service and atmosphere.

Good food, great service. The staff and owners treated us very well, and the food was delicious, especially the smoked pork. We had a one year old with us, and the staff brought us a small fork for him to eat with, and gave him a treat after we were done eating. Happy to have this place in the valley that adds new, tasty choices when going out.

I was blown away by the food. Creative, delicious, and unique. The flatbread appetizer with the feta, onions, and roasted grapes blew my mind it was so flavorful! Recently redone interior with a combination of modern and western. Cute western photo op in the back. The owners and staff were so friendly. They were so sweet to our kids and custom made orders for them. By far my favorite place to eat in the area.

The servers are attentive and curtious. They are well trained and know their menu well.
The food is the best I have had in Star Valley. The veggie pasta is perfect.
Prices are very reasonable and so are the portions served are generous.
Their is one server that is older (she wears her hair in a bun) and she seems to like to stay at your table. And looses track of time chatting. Try to avoid her.

Just dined for the first time with some bros at Rustlers and it was a great experience. The food along with the service was excellent. Our waitress was super kind and attentive (kinda cute too). Looking forward to coming back.

I recently ate at your restaurant for the second time in 2 weeks. Both times the food and service were excellent. You are the closest thing to fine dining in the area. May I suggest you use cloth napkins. Silverware rolled up in a paper napkin is akin to a “greasy spoon” short order grill. Also, I purchased 2 $50.00 gift certificates which did not have accompanying envelopes. I had to purchase 2 greeting cards for their envelopes before I could present them as gifts. The difference between good and great is in the little details!

My husband tried to order 3 different items off the menu, NONE of which were available, so he ended up ordering nothing but tea since there literally weren’t any options he wanted, and they didn’t try to accommodate him or help him out. The veggie pasta had no sauce on it, and no flavor whatsoever. The veggies were overcooked and flimsy. I added a side of Alfredo sauce to make it palatable. It’s dumb that they stop making burgers and sandwiches after 3, because that is like most of the menu. The cups are tiny so they have to refill a million times and it’s annoying.

Tasteful decor does an excellent job of showcasing local history. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the cocktails were exceptional. I would definitely go back here.

We found this restaurant to have really good food and good service. Chef comes out to see how you like the food. Only negative is the handicap parking is in a gravel lot and a little ways around a fence to get to the front door.
