Seattle Rooftop Next Level Lounge by Fogo De Chão truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was absolutely incredible — vibrant, stylish, and perfectly elevated with stunning rooftop views. It’s the kind of place that immediately makes you feel like you’re somewhere special.
The food was amazing — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and elevated beyond what you’d expect from a typical lounge menu. And the drinks… just WOW. Expertly crafted, perfectly balanced, and visually impressive. You can tell real care goes into both the cocktails and the overall experience.
The vibe is what really sets this place apart — energetic but not overwhelming, classy yet still fun and relaxed. It’s perfect for date night, celebrating something special, or just enjoying a great evening out in Seattle.

To start, the staff were amazing. Hosana was an absolute delight. Cannot say enough about how great she was. Every other staff member we interacted with was also very friendly and helpful.
The food was good. The filet was overcooked but thankfully still tender enough it didn’t bother us too much.
The old fashioned and espresso martini were both very very good. I’ll definitely be looking to make this a regular spot based on vibe, views, staff, drinks, and food at this price point.

Went a few weeks ago and had SUCH an amazing time!! The cocktails and the food were fantastic. I was by myself but not forgotten by the staff. They took SUCH good care of me. Even took some sunset photos for me! The experience was amazing!

They just opened on Dec.2025. They have so kind and nice staffs. Manager Malu was goving us so much detailed service and smile to everyone made so happy night and sweet and Professionally guiding, preparing Chef Rogelio made us exceptional night! We really loves all of them and foods also ! Type of app was so great portion and cheap which you cannot find that nice price and amount in Downtown with amazing interior i wish I come back every week !!!!

We were so impressed by the rooftop restaurant. The menu was perfect and the food fantastic. Our server Josiah really made our night special. This is a perfect place for a date or a girls night. Can’t wait to go back in the summer to enjoy the patio

There is a dedicated mocktail section on the menu, which is perfect if you do not drink alcohol but still want something fun and crafted. The clean cucumber martini was refreshing, light, and beautifully presented, and it never felt like a “lesser” option compared with the regular cocktails.
Some of the food options come in generous portions, especially the filet mignon, which is rich, shareable, and great for the table. The filet mignon board is a must‑order, with tender, perfectly cooked meat that make it feel like a centerpiece of the meal. The Queijo Assado (Brazilian grilled cheese) is one of our favorite sides!
Even though the outdoor area is closed in the winter, it still looks beautiful and makes the space feel open and elevated. It is easy to imagine how popular it will be once the weather warms up, and this is definitely a place worth coming back to.
Parking is very convenient, with a flat‑rate $10 (evening rate)option available in the same building, which makes visiting downtown much easier and less stressful. Having easy parking nearby is a big plus, especially for evening visits.

What a beautiful lounge with great service and great. My husband and I were out on a date night and started our evening at the Rooftop Lounge. Our server Maddy was very attentive and answered all our questions regarding the lounge and the food. Before we ordered food we were served these little rolls made with yucca very fluffy and delicious. We started out with the Charcuterie board which was very good with a variety of meats, cheeses, olives, pickles, little drop tomatoes, a fig spread and baguettes with a bottle of wine (Prisoner Unshackled Red Blend). Then my husband had The Bone beef rib with chimichurri sauce, I had the Crab Cake which was the best I’ve ever had! For dessert we split the Cream Brûlée Cheese Cake. It was a great way to start our evening out.

First visit and a great experience. The concept is fun and the portions were generous. Everything we ordered was enough for three people: filet, lamb, shrimp cocktail, mac & cheese, Queijo Assado, and beef empanadas. Cocktails were flowing, and our server Hosana truly elevated the experience with her knowledge and thoughtful recommendations.

Underwhelmed… I wanted to love this place but the experience fell way below standards. The ambiance was great, moody, intimate, and perfectly set roof top dining.
The things that fell short, lamb lollipops we asked for them medium rare they came out way more done that(picture reference). Ordered the lobster Mac and cheese price was incredible but it was luke warm at best. The picana empanadas were a bit of a joke kinda like freezer bag emapandas that were beyond tiny. The pork belly was the saving grace and the table side made caipirinha was delicious.
Another folly was being asked to clear are table twice before being done and offered the check way too early as if we were being rushed for no apparent reason. I had made this reservation for a birthday dinner and regretted every little bit of it. Maybe its just new and will get better but definitely not impressed there are better places to spend your money.
