Had a Whopper the first time in a while. The Whopper still rules burgers. I have paid much more for a gourmet burger in many places, but none have really been any better. The workers in this place are so friendly and work really hard to keep this new restaurant looking new. The food was great and the restaurant is really easy to find using Google Maps.

I had a great experience this morning, over at the Burger King off of N Green River by Meijer!
Lisa the cashier was super helpful and sweet. She helped me quickly and was patient with me as I browsed the menu. At the end she even helped me save money by redeeming some rewards!

My husband goes thru the drive thru most Thursdays because its our kiddo’s favorite place to eat. Every single time, no exaggeration, something us wrong with the order. Missing ranch, no straw, no ketchup/extra mayo when we ordered no mayo. Most of the time we see the employees playing on their phones. We would literally never go to this place if our kid wasn’t obsessed. Management-please please please do something about the awful training, processes, policies, accountability. Idk what it is but its awful.

I am highly disgusted and upset. my receipt said no ice Sprint I had just left Burger King. I had ordered through the drive-thru and said no ice Sprite twice before my order and after my order repeated myself twice. I received the sprite with ice I asked for her to replace it without the ice. I’m looking through the window and I see that she took a brand new cup and instead of pouring the sprites with ice out she poured the remaining of the Sprite that had ice in it in the brand new cup lift up the cup and shrugs her shoulders which means she knew exactly what she was doing. I said to her excuse me Miss I just seen you take a brand new cup and pour the Sprite with ice in that cup And fill it the rest of the way up with clean Sprite. I do not want ice touching my Sprite that is not what I ordered it says on my receipt sprite no ice and I said it twice over the intercom because you didn’t not mark it down the first time. why are y’all having people do things intentionally working there. it’s another thing not knowing what you’re doing but to be malicious about it anyways and conduct yourself as if you’re being professional though it is unprofessional. I am very upset because she did that intentionally knowing what she was doing. it is one thing to mess up an order We get it. I only ordered one thing in you intentionally sabotaged it purposely as I’m looking at you shrugging your shoulders laughing.

This BK has the friendliest staff around! I didn’t catch his name, but the guy working night shift on 10/30 was super nice and made my visit such a great experience. The food was hot and fresh, but it’s the awesome crew that really makes this place stand out.

The night shift crew on 10/30/2025 at 12:15 AM made me feel like a true KING! Service was excellent and food was glorious. There was a crazy lady in the drive-thru yelling at them “I WILL CALL CORPORATE MY ORDER ISN’T CORRECT” but I had no issues and just had to set the record straight. Will be a repeating customer!

Giving 1 star, would give 0 if it was possible. My wife came through and we got 2 trios. We were missing the cinn Minnie’s on one of them, the 2nd one was a sandwich that was completely wrong. She called back up to the store and they were answering the phone and hanging it up 3 times back to back. Then called back again and they just wouldn’t answer at all. Not to mention, my wife waited in the line for 10+ minutes just for the sandwiches to be cold. Terrible terrible terrible.

If you like a homestyle breakfast cooked on a grill instead of some microwave trays, this is the place to go. Any other time is typical and the same at an Burger King. But the breakfast is their mostly unknown and underadvertised breakfast. Breakfast here is better than most diner-type restaurants at half the cost as you’re not paying for table service. Awesome if you want an awesome breakfast in a hurry.
