Online pick-up order. Got the meal deal, 20 boneless wings + large fry. Everything was ready when we got there. Fries were cold once home, but we live 10-15 minutes away so could’ve been our fault.
Husband didn’t care for the sweetness of the fries but I really liked them. We got garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, smoky chipotle rub & hickory smoked bbq with two ranches. Everything was separated, which we really appreciated, some restaurants just throw everything in one and you don’t know which is which. Size of the wings were great, especially considering the prize.
Definitely will eat there again.

Me and my wife doordash. Every time we get an order at this wingstop, we have to wait at least 10 minutes before we get the food. BUT that is the least of our problems with this specific store. Today as my wife went in to pick up an order, the lady working the register showed nothing but prejudice and disrespect towards me wife, starting off with being short and rude. She took her precious time bagging the order although had no issue being quick with others. My wife had to struggle with carrying and filling 3 drinks while carrying two large bags, but without even having o be asked, the lady had no issue handing cup carriers to teo other women who just so happened to have the same skin complexion as her, take that as you may. We will be calling corporate in the morning concerning this issue.

Personally, everytime I have ever been to wingstop, I’ve always had a good experience. I also understand that the people who work there are human and I think some people forget that. The staff was friendly and inviting . The food was good. The experience was great. I will definitely be a returning customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent $30 at this restaurant. I get home they haven’t order mixed up with someone else order. I drive back to the store to get a refund. They tell me to come back the next day to soak to the general manager. Upon speaking to the general manager. She said she was going to talk to the manager over her about giving me a refund. She said it could take up to three days. After three days I still have t received my refund. So now I have to go through my bank to try to get my money back. Which is a harder process.

No trash cans in the restaurant if you eat in. The food is great, if your order is right. Been twice, once ate there, the second time was a larger order. I got 2 of the 4 large fries, none of the 3 ranch on my big order, and the time I ate in, I ordered buffalo chicken fries and got corn as my side. As I took it back to get it fixed, the lady cooking caused a small scene about how she knows she made the order right. And then, there’s 4 people behind the register, but not paying attention, because “no one is on register right now.”

I was so excited to finally have a Wingstop here. I’ve had it many times at other locations and it was always delicious. The first time we ordered here, missing fries and blue cheese. Called, talk to a manager, offered a credit of food which was very nice. Decided to get our credit tonight, and also 20 more wings. Get home, the credit order of wings were wrong, asked for lemon pepper and we got bbq. And the 4 blue cheese I ordered $1.49 a piece were all ranch! Plus they weren’t very seasoned. I know new places have issues at the beginning, but man, it would be great if orders were read back and checked before bagged. Simple tasks that need to be corrected.

First time experience and it was not the best! the worst service I ever experienced! Will NEVER order from here again! First the lady was rude over the phone when taking the order! Told me 10 minutes. I got there in about 15 minutes to give some time, and when entering they said it’ll be another 30 minutes. Other people came in order after and got their order within less than 5 minutes.
