Had the best sub we’ve ever had at any Jersey Mikes this weekend. I tried the new Hot Italian and it hit on all marks. The bread was so fresh, flavors were incredible. The sandwich actually looked like the one on the ads ( that’s always a plus). Definitely our go to.

Let me start off by saying I love jersey mikes.. but this location is constantly missing the mark when you get the sandwich “Mikes way”. It’s always got a ton of extra oil, but I let it go because it’s still a good sandwich. Tonight’s order was ridiculous though and something has to be said. I already knew it was too much oil because the brown bag packaging had oil on it. I opened it and it was soggy sandwich paper and DRIPPING with oil. I unwrapped it and oil was literally pooled off to the side of my sandwich. The whole thing was a slippery oily mess. I’m all for a messy sandwich but this is unacceptable and this location needs to CHILL with the oil.

The people here are the worst customer service I’ve ever had. All they do is ignore a customers requests one after the other. I ordered two sandwiches and one of which was supposed to have no oil or vinegar on it because my kid is very picky and as soon and he got his sandwich he refused to eat it because it was soaking wet. I had to go purchase a whole other meal at another restaurant because they can’t read a customer’s order properly. I reached out to the location and all they offered was a gift card for my inconvenience and I refused, I wanted my order to be refunded because I barely eat here and where I’m from there are no jersey mikes within 50 miles of me. When I asked for my order to be refunded not once, but TWICE the owner ignored me and did nothing. I do not recommend this location unless you want the worst customer service ever. 0 stars if I could.

I got a BLT, Mike’s Way, on Rosemary Parmesan bread, with added mayo, banana peppers and pickles, to go. The sandwich was delicious, staff were kind, I went around 2pm. The location does seem to be very busy with online orders, so even though I was the only person waiting to order, it took a good 5-8min of waiting before I was able to place my order.

The last 3 times all orders minus the ones made Mike’s way are completely messed up. Every I time I add a tip I hesitate because of the time before yet the courtesy is always extended.
I can’t be the only one. Management needs to get things in order. This will absolutely be our last order here. Such a bummer because it’s closest to our home.

We decided to give this location a try. We go to the other location on Constitution. This location is understaffed, and my mini roll was hard as a rock. There is a lack of detail and customer service at this location. I am sure that they would not want to eat a hard roll. Thoroughly disappointed. Next time, I will drive further to ensure better quality and customer service at the constitution location or we will try Capriotti’s. Do not recommend this Jersey Mikes.

The service at this restaurant was 100% horrible. I would not recommend it. They forgot my sandwich for a delivery order. They denied all liability. They told us they could remake it and we could come pick it up or they could cancel and refund. But other than that, it didn’t matter that we had already paid for sandwiches to be delivered. The store hung up on me and then refused to answer after I tried to call back.
Customer service is important and when you don’t want to accept liability that is on you. This is on the restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant as a place to order from.

do not eat here I had some kind of sandwich the other day I ordered a ham and cheese white bread and with lettuce and the lettuce tasted awful. It’s tasted like chemicals.! and now I’m not feeling good . Extremely feeling sick since yesterday and nauseous Will not be back. I am definitely disappointed because I love Jersey Mike’s. Sorry, Jersey Mike’s would do better.
