I’ve reviewed this place before and I am sad to say that I’ve given it 2 more tries since. It hasn’t improved.
According to our server, one of these is a 7$ soup and the other is $13. They are THE SAME EXACT dish. Their claim was a language barrier, but the menu is numbered. Whatever communication is happening, it’s not being handled well.
There was a lot of confusion about the whole process. One of the soups came out immediately the other took another 10 minutes. Considering they were the same, I’m not sure why. I love pho, and wanted to enjoy a location closer than Lynn. This isn’t happening here though, go elsewhere.

Love this spot. Little gem hidden in Salem with some great traditional Vietnamese fare. Pho for days. Only place I stop in for lunch when I’m in the area.

If I could give no stars I would. We got there at 2:00 (with no one else in the place) we didn’t leave until 5:00!!! Our lunch turned into a dinner and $150 later (3 people) my stomach hurt and I was sick. food was not fresh, got the PHO and who knows what the hell they just threw in it. Wait staff…..what wait staff? she came over took our drink order and then never returned for a good 15-20 min! I DO NOT recommend you go here unless, you don’t mind throwing $$ down the toilet…literally. This place needs to close down before they get someone sick.

Very little portion and very expensive… very bad flavor … the soup taste like water . Is always empty! I don’t understand why is this place open !!!! ????!!! They should close .
I am from Salem and we need good quality. And if we are going to pay 20 dollars for a dish . We expect QUALITY!

We were in Aurora for lunch but it was on the weekend so they were serving the Dinner menu. The dishes are simple and tasty but not very big. There is no kids menu. We asked that the kids dish be not spicy at all but it was and they could not eat it.

Horrible service, horrible food and they microwaved my porkchop which was very salty and hard and refused to admit they microwaved it but you could hear the microwave. I saw 3 groups of people leave while I was there because of the terrible service. Our drinks weren’t even served while waiting for 45 minutes for our food. DO NOT GO i suggest rockafellas which is in walking distance the food and service is amazing and tastes fresh.

Lovely place to stop and have lunch! The cucumber mango salad is surprisingly delightful and the lemongrass chicken is the perfect portion for a light lunch. Definitely can’t wait to come back.

This place is amazing!! I don’t know how they’re not slam-packed every night!! Food is outstanding and our server (Ana) was professional and courteous. A total hidden gem–I recommend you go!!
