We frequent this location and the food and service is always great! It’s a well cleaned and taken care of establishment. Can’t go wrong with the cheese curds and chicken tenders w/ their gravy!

Either the owners are telling their employees to start skimping and put the bare minimums in their sandwiches and salads or they need to retrain their employees. I am getting so sick and tired of coming to this location and ordering a salad, most of the time four at a time just to bring it home and find a small handful of lettuce, overcooked chicken and a few pieces of tomato, cheese and bacon bits. I took one of their salads and dumped it into a small coffee mug and that’s all there was with everything. It’s getting ridiculous. I’m paying with tax around $8 per salad and only getting about $2 worth. I’ve never had this experience with any other DQ location and I’m getting tired of driving all the way to the De Soto location to get my salads each week just because the one here in Hillsboro wants to cheat their customers and rip them off with this skimpy portions of overpriced salads. The rest of their food is fine, this is just their salads I’m talking about. And this has been going on for about 6 months that I know of. It’s not just one person making them, it’s either they’re told to make them like this because it’s the same way every time. Sometimes I don’t even get cheese or bacon bits and when I do get tomato, it’s all squished up and mushy like it’s been sitting out for days. Anyway, I hope the owners make a change. I will try them two more times in the next few weeks and change this rating if they change their salads to what they are supposed to be. The pictures does not do them justice. They look a lot more feeling than what they really are. I guess the lettuce is fluffed up or something when I took the pictures. There’s really hardly anything in them at all. All other locations fills the bowl up to the underside of the lid so you definitely get a good salad at a reasonable price elsewhere but definitely not here. I mean the salad fixings didn’t even reach the top of the bottom Bowl which is barely an inch and a half deep anyway. Now, over 6 months later I decided to try it again and it still was no better. This time I added a fish sandwich with cheese and it came with no tartar sauce at all on it and the fish was so overcooked and burnt that there was no fish inside the crust. It was about as thick like two sheets of paper because it freed the fish meat away it was so overdone and burned. I’m screwed with this freaking Dairy Queen here in Hillsboro. I do not recommend anyone to ever come here unless they plan on getting ripped off or cheated out we’re having to turn around and drive all the way back in town just to have them make your order all over again and do it correctly!

My father was in the drive thru tonight and ordered 3 blizzards, dilly bars and a chicken tenders meal. Food was fine, what wasn’t fine was the blizzards, my father ordered reeces blizzard, Oreo blizzard and and another blizzard, first off the sizes were wrong they were all small and the blizzards we’re practically melted and making a huge mess, second off we could not tell which one was the Oreo blizzard considering the fact that the Oreo blizzard not only had oreos in it but it also has Reece’s which we did not order

Ordered a desert, stood there for 8 minutes, an employee came up to me and asked me what they could get for me, I told her I was waiting for my order, she ran into the back I heard the blender and 30 seconds later I had my dessert. I think they forgot about me and my order…

So my wife and I decide to stop at dairy Queen and have a little bit of a treat. Could we all know dairy Queen is a little more expensive on some stuff. But what happened with you downright so aggravating it just not even right I don’t even know.

I ordered a small Butterfinger blizzard and a large fry two of the cheeseburgers on the two for four and a hot fudge sundae and pretzel sticks on a 2 for four deal. I was told that my price was going to be $15 and some odd cents okay get up to the window and I’m greeted by a large Sprite then I asked for what’s that she said a large Sprite I didn’t order a Sprite. I ordered a small and before I could even finish a small Blizzard a large fry she said well the difference between a large and a small is like 3 cents really.

What really chaps my height begin with the difference between a large and a small Sprite first off is if somebody ordered a small they didn’t want a large they wanted a small.

And secondly cut me off before I could finish saying in orders right yeah it’s not cool. Then I get my small Butterfinger blizzard which was about maybe generous being generous here at 3/4 of the way full. And she comes back with a new Total of $17 and some change but I didn’t screw up is what I wanted to say but okay paid for my meal I get maybe a small fry I don’t know their pictures you can see the pretzels were on the bottom smashed by the hamburgers in the fries I don’t even know how to keep going here and I wanted to call back and talk to somebody but at that point so upset anyway yeah we’re still visit to dairy Queen ever food was okay that’s why I give it a couple Stars.

The kids that served the place were friendly and welcoming. They did a great job and were also friendly. This place was clean but the restrooms could use a little more work. Otherwise, the food was good like other DQ places.

Twenty two dollars for 2 fish sandwiches with NOTHING on them and 1onion ring that was burnt to a crisp! Dont even have the decency to answer the phone or call back when a message is left. Absolutely will never go back again. What a joke.
