Staff is helpful, along with managers being quick to solve a problem and offer from anywhere to a remake or a refund if anything should happen. Love that I can ask them to swap out spoons and gloves because im allergic to avocado. Always good to have a postive experience at any location it helps me and others wanna visit that place again.

I love chipotle but this one I probably won’t visit it again. Look at how ridiculously small portion of the food! This is not the first time to have this situation. It seems that chipotle does business this way, starve the customers and you need to buy two portions. Goodbye, I would never ever eat chipotle anymore, especially this store.

Best Chipotle in town. Food is always consistent and staff is very polite and well mannered. They are fair with portions. Isaac and staff always welcoming. We drive from an area where we have a Chipotle closet to our house. Drive worth it. Happy to give this location 5 stars.

Management please look into this location. The chicken rice and beans have no flavor. They aren’t putting in seasoning. I only get any flavor when adding tabasco sauces. Huge disappointment from the amount I spent. The other locations in El Paso Texas I’ve been eating at are way better. Really upset. Chipotle lovers please STAY AWAY go to another location not this one!!!

This chipotle is so chinsy! I’m so over it. We have to drive to the other location to get a decent sized bowl. When we’re they’re, you have to ask for extra rice just to get rice! It’s insane. Ordered delivery and these are our bowls. Pitiful and paid 2x the price. They also seem to get carried away on the cilantro and don’t do a good job chopping it .

Don’t get the chicken!, every time I get it its full of ligaments and hard stuff, like 30 to 40% of the bowl will be just grissle, I don’t know what part of the chicken they use but its disgusting, they should use just breast, other than that its pretty good I allways get barbacoa, and its awesome, but don’t get the chicken! You will regret it!

My favorite fast food restaurant (?), the orders made online take longer than expected but I never have a problem with the order. I really like the concept and recently just tried the queso. I have been a fan since 2016 but never tried the queso before !! Is a muust.
