I ordered a salad and a burrito for myself, my wife, and granddaughter. We began to eat as soon as I got home and half way through my salad I notice a small bettle in my food. I went back to the store and they did give me a refund, but did not pull the food from the counter that they served me from. I spoke to the district manager and all anyone said was they would refund me and they were sorry. No action to immediately address the issue. Be aware!!

WOW worst place I have have been to from service to food. I Placed an online order the other day food didn’t have any meat on it & not even filled! here’s a tip for regular it’s supposed to be 4oz & double is 8 so make sure they give u that! I gave them a second chance I regret that. The service was terrible. Workers have such a bad attitude. I made sure to check before I leave this time. There was like 2 chunks of brisket not even the amount for a normal portion not even chopped up. Gave the food back they filled it up & I trusted it when I get home only a couple more pieces added not the 8oz I paid for & The food tasted horrible we had to throw it away bc we found a hair.they need to shut down this store or get a whole new staff team. Absolutely ridiculous I travel for work & I’ve been to so many by far this is the worst experience I have ever had at any place.

So boom ordered a mobile order and had a set pick up time. I get there at said time and there was no pick up shelf so I attempt to ask the cashier. She sees me and is aware of me but as there is a long line she proceeds on taking orders not acknowledging me. After waiting 10 minutes and continuously being annoyed I cut off her taking the next persons order and just ask her to cancel mine as i am now over it. She finally actually Arianna not she but she finally asks for the name to cancel it and literally goes grab my food that had been sitting on the shelf this whole time. So then I ask for a refund and she grabs a guy. My order was 21$ and he only refunded me 14 no worries. Charge was fully cancelled through the bank. But yea terrible service especially since I ordered ahead.

Today was BOGO day, super exciting and busy. I waited 25+ minutes to get my order. When I finally reached the order station, I was met with a young light-skinned female with light short curly hair. I ordered one burrito and one bowl for a friend. Most Chipotle workers assemble these one by one to reduce errors. However, my server was completely disorganized and not trained for this job. She put ingredients into the wrong entrees many times. Not only this, but when I asked to add on a certain ingredient like queso, she would slam the spoon into the tub and get the ingredient for me while making a face and groaning. She did this not once but TWICE. She didn’t even ask me if I was done ordering, and she started to close the bowl halfway. I still needed lettuce, and I told her that, so she got angry about it and asked another lady to cover for her. This is insanely disrespectful and uncalled for. Overall, this worker works POORLY under pressure and is highly disrespectful to customers. No matter what, no customer deserves a bad attitude for trying to order their food. Cherry on top, when I got back home, the burrito immediately fell apart. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. By far one of the worst Chipotles I have visited.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle. I placed my order at 3:00 for pickup up at 3:30. When I arrived it wasn’t ready. I asked why and was told the system went down and proceeded to try to get someone from the back to make my order. It took him a while to come out. I ordered the Carne Asada bowl with double protein which was tough and no more meat than what I would normally get. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. The Carne Asada was tough and hard to eat.

They tried, but sadly this is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Messy dining room. No chips. Scraped the bottom of the guac. Trash overflowing. The employees were kind at least and it smells good in here.
P.S. No utensils. Sweet. Not sure how my hungry athlete is supposed to eat her bowl. No chips or forks!

What a BIG disappointment with the service I received today at this location. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time and regularly cater from this location for my staff at least once a week.
Unfortunately, during today’s visit, my order was mishandled. I ordered a steak bowl, but queso was added by mistake. When I pointed it out, the staff member who assisted me responded by dumping the bowl into the trash and rolling her eyes at me—without offering an apology or attempting to make it right.
This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I have always chosen your location for both personal and business orders, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning.
I hope this matter is addressed properly, as no loyal customer should be treated this way.

The food was great but there was only one problem, the cheese inside the quesadillas were not melted. But this nice lady made us another quesadilla that was cooked a lot better. Pretty good place for lunch!
