Horrible. Everything is undercooked, I’m having to throw it back into an oven. The food tastes off, they gave me the wrong dessert after forgetting the dessert, it was supposed to be an M&M cookie dough brownie, they gave a TWIX. I genuinely want a refund this is HORRENDOUS. Never again will I eat a Hot and Nasty.

I’ve only gone to this location for hit n ready and crazy bready as always been fresh Plus they put enough sauce and cheese on their pizza oven notice other little Caesars sometimes lack on that.

Arrived at 6pm and was told there would be a 30+ minute wait for a Hot-N-Ready pizza. The entire marketing strategy of Little Caesars is based on immediate availability, so this was unexpected and disappointing.

Ok ,this location has improved. The orders have been right,and finished on time. The pizza quality is better as well. The Detroit style is a solid pizza with a fair price. Now if they would just cook it well done when I ask for it. Pizza should never be doughy.

I walked in and gave them my name and they said it was coming out of the pan right then so I sat down. I sat for over 10 minutes, 3 people came in and left with their food. Finally I got up and the dude asked me my name again and my food was sitting right behind him in the heater. That’s the bad, irritating, but no deal breaker. Then I try the puffs, I’m telling u, those puffs are so good, I was almost obligated to call the cops because Little Caesars HAS to be doing some Blazing Jay’s type stuff with those puffs. There just no way it’s that good without some sort of schedule 1 involved. Anyways, just try it, you’ll either like it, or be addicted.

The orders are constantly wrong, things are forgotten or made 100% wrong. My last order was a half and half, instead I got a two topping pizza and didn’t even get the sauce for my crazy bread. Would have been better it it actually turned into the goat rental store.

Just wasted almost an hour of my life here at what I think is the worst Little Caesars in the entire Toledo metro, but another guy in the lobby said Lagrange is worse. Not sure.
Either way, don’t be fooled by the “under new management, give us another try” schtick. I ordered, paid, and sat down. There were like 3 customers ahead of me. There I sat for over a half hour, not even an update on my food. The staff is visibly arguing with each other in the kitchen. Every customer in the lobby which was like 10 people at this point, is pissed. As more people come in, we warned them about the situation and several chose to go get food elsewhere. Had a lot of shitty food experiences, that was a new one.
Anyway, after watching them hand out my order to another customer in off the street, 45 minutes after getting there, I just asked for a refund.
Do not come here if you want quick food or a proper experience. Do not come here unless you have an hour of your life to waste and you wanna watch them hand your food out to customers who came in a half hour after you.
“New management” has no business managing anything except maybe a lemonade stand.

Will not be returning to this location. Over the last few months the customer service and wait times have just tanked and overall is not worth it. You go to buy a “hot and ready” right at open and it’s a 30 minute wait. You put in an order well in advance an hour + ahead of time for pickup and still have to wait 30-45 minutes for your order once you get there. Not worth it. The pizza is always extra soggy and covered in over amounts of grease.
