I will admit, I am easy to please, BUT McCalister’s on Dixie Hwy has never failed in their customer service, the quality of their food and the cleansiness of the store. My mother and I eat at McCalister’s quite often and have NEVER had a bad experience. My favorite is the the Italian Sub and Broccoli Side!!! The 12inch Subs are big enough to share.

Great costumer service even w/ the mobile order. A staff member brought our drinks then informed us & our food would be ready soon. Nice touch .
The app said the food would be ready in 17min it was ready is less than 10.
The food was delicious and fresh. The cucumber salad could use a new dressing, the tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh and tasted good but the dressing was a thick Italian. I prefer a lighter dressing on my cucumber salad that allows the cucumbers & tomatoes to be the star of the plate. Either way my Family and I will definitely be back soon. Great experience, thank you.

I’ve been eating McAlister for years and they have always put the stuff on the side for the nachos but the past few times I’ve ordered them they have arrived with the toppings on the chips the chips are getting soggy and some not edible tomatoes have a lot of juice and so do olives so the chips are just absorbing and getting soggy

This location ALWAYS provides exceptional service. I stop by once a month on my way out of town and am always impressed with the personable staff. Each time, they are kind and apologetic if the order takes more than a few minutes. There is no need to apologize! I am always surprised with the apology because they are fast and so friendly!

We ate here and ordered lunch. One club sandwich and one chicken club sandwich. For sides we ordered the potato salad and chili. Both of us did not like the chili because it was overspiced with cumin. Wayyyy too much. Everything else was very good. Helpful, good, courteous staff. Great gluten free bread.

Had an big issue with my delivery order. Everything was made incorrectly. Called and spoke with the manager Bob and he immediately refunded my entire order. He was very kind and extremely helpful. I did not let this incident change my opinion about the place because of the exceptional customer service provided to me by Bob. And even though the food was not how I had it customized it was still very good. I would recommend this place time and time again

The cashier was KNOWLEDGEABLE we were greated, we were welcomed, the food tasted fresh my son soap was extremely hot, he said it tasted ok…the cheese pizza was a lil too small for even my 3year old but it got ate. My club sandwich was AWESOME..
