Purchased a nashville hot chicken sandwich combo all to get the breakfast size piece of chicken on the much bigger lunch sized bun. This sandwich tasted reheated vs cooked fresh. This has happened before and considering the wait this location has been around for way to long for these type issues and needs to get it together.

Here’s the thing. They would be fine but they want you to like save time by ordering online and get delivery and all this and the employees in the store. They don’t have to see the delivery customer so they don’t care how long that order takes. So you might have placed an order a half a half hour earlier and when you get there to pick it up they haven’t even started it yet and they make you wait behind everybody that’s already in the store. So basically they punish any sort of delivery or pickup order, especially if they don’t have to see the person who plays the order because they hired a personal shopper to pick it up. Hot and delicious!!
Pulled up to the drive thru speaker. There was one car at the window. I waited 5 or less minutes before the car pulled out, and the girl took my order. Chicken sandwich with extra mayo, and a 5 piece chicken tender with ranch and honeyracha.
The food came out quick and with a smile.
I parked and pulled out everything from the bag. It was all there. Extra napkins, a hot box of tenders, a ranch and 2 honeyrachas, and I really hoped at 215pm the sandwich would be hot, too. (It was!)
3 or 4 bites in, I had to write a review. Hot and delicious and made RIGHT! I don’t come often, very glad I did. It really hits the spot today. Thanks Hardee’s.

Absolutely the worst drive through anywhere. Extremely slow doesn’t matter what time of day you go. Service is poor with barely a smile or a thank you.

Waited in line 20 minutes with only 3 cars in the drive through. Correct pricing was not posted at the drive through. Took 15 minutes to receive my food after ordering.

This is the worse Hardee’s in Virginia! The workers are not trained good . They can’t get your order right. They have an attitude when they are wrong. The older African American that has been working there a long time has an attitude and he doesn’t know how to manage his workers. The workers seem like they don’t care. If I could rate them with a zero I would. Don’t waste your time stopping there!

Food and service is consistently good here, for breakfast or dinner. App is useful for earning deals and free food. Pricing is reasonable compared to most fast food these days as well. It can get a little busy in the mornings but the drive thru always moves quickly.
