Cool burger joint in Katy, actually conjoined by two other eateries. Decided to go with BunSlut after seeing some of the orders that were completed. OMG! Great tasting burger, excellent service. Just wish they had fountain drinks and ketchup in a bottle instead of packs. That’s my only critique. One guy took the orders and managed to serve our food and was happy to attend to rany additional requests.

I ordered a patty melt with extra crispy bacon. My bacon wasn’t crispy, but Ambaro was really great and made up for it with her wonderful customer service! I’ll likely be back.

I got a slider combo with an extra pattie and a M&M’s shake.
When getting there you can either place your order through the screen on the counter or place your order with the cashier.
I do you recommend placing your order with the cashier if it’s your first time there. Much easier to ask questions.
There are a lot of extra charges so that is one thing you have to be careful with.
Once you place your order, it’s pretty quick to get your food.
The service was great. They answered all my questions. Brought the food to me.
Tables were clean.
For me, the burger was delicious. I got the seasoned fries which were pretty over seasoned and took over the taste.
After scraping some of the seasoning off the fries, the fries are actually good too.
The shake had tons of M&Ms and the ice cream was filled to the top, which I truly enjoyed.
Overall, a nice place.

SO DISAPPOINTING. This was my first time trying BunSlut. When food is served like this, it tells me that the cook(s) do not care.
I hate giving only two stars but it would have been one star, if not for the well-cooked, crispy fries.
Three of us had lunch together. Two of us had the Single Combo. Third person only had a beverage. We came in right at opening at 11:00am…
FRIES = four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: served HOT, nice and crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside.
BURGER = one ⭐️: both of our burgers were served COLD. COLD patty. COLD bun. Not exaggerating. Not even room temperature. The burgers were so cold, the cheese was NOT MELTED (see pics).
