Usually it takes forever to get greeted going to the drive thru AND get your order. Most recently, I ordered a medium dr pepper with vanilla and cream and, my first sip, there was no cream. I’m a little sad cuz that is the only reason I would even go to sonic but it is what it is.

This locations owner needs to check in on the staff especially the management.

I don’t like how the burgers are thrown together. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten a burger that was sloppy. It was like a lettuce bomb when I unwrapped it.

This is by far the worst sonic location I have ever been to. I ordered two soft drinks and waited at the window for over 10 minutes!
Ive also tried ordering ahead on the app so i wouldnt have to wait, spoiler alert! Had to wait even longer. Literally insane. Don’t waste your time or money.

Absolutely horrible!!!! I spent $25 on 2 breakfast burritos and 2 drinks. One burrito was all tortilla very very little contents! The other burrito tortilla was torn all down the side couldn’t even eat it on the go! Waste of money! Reason I hate eating out! Do better sonic!! This similar reason why I quit going to the one on Georgia street! Smh sadly also the little bit of egg we got is dried up and crunchy as well.

I tried to order a route 44 Oreo Sonic blast which every Sonic I’ve been to has been able to do they told me they could only do the 32 oz I said okay I’ll take it they came out handed me my food and the blast the Oreos were only a small amount put on top knot blended into the ice cream once I ate those I realized that it’s just now a 32 oz cup of vanilla ice cream they did not use the blender to blend the Oreos into the ice cream this is extremely embarrassing for them and I hope they hire someone that can actually work cuz this is pure laziness
