The worst subway I have ever been to! Traveling across the country and our family of 4 stops at this subway gas station today. 02/08/26 As soon as I made eye contact with the staff I greeted him “good morning!” he didn’t give a response back and heavily was blinking as if trying to rolls his eyes. He continued with that behavior and sighing as if he couldn’t stand to be servicing people of color!!! He just stared at us not even wanting to to bother with a simple “what kind of sub would like?” So my husband just starts telling him what kind of sandwich he would like. The guy starts then sighing and the eye rolling again…. He Bends over a big hole on the back of his pants and you could see his bare butt, his shirt inside out, he and the place just seemed to lack proper cleanliness. He grabs the most burnt piece of bread from the rack and slams it on the counter. He knew what he was doing. Flat out racism. We had enough with his antics. So we walked out without getting anything, thank God we did, we probably would have ended up with Food poisoning and now by finally looking up the reviews to leave one, this makes sense that this isn’t that staff’s first time providing a negative experience. Subway definitely has to do better that was the most disgusting person behind that counter. Rude, bad attitude, and slob. Don’t waste your money or time at this location.

There are people who should never be preparing food for anyone else , especially in restaurant setting. And the younger guy in the afternoon or Friday January 9th is no exception.
First of all don’t expect to be greeted back. Touching dirty rag and later touching the piece of meat without any gloves on is something you accept in a third world country. After that he slaps a pair of gloves without washing his hands and proceeds to make me a sandwich. In the end he just left the paper bag next to the sandwich without putting the sandwich in, and let me deal with it.
To the management, I wouldn’t trust him to prepare food for himself, especially for the public

The old lady literally flips out if you ask her to wrap the sandwich separate. Not the first time second or third time I don’t think it takes any longer to rapid separate if you’re getting paid by an hour, but I guess they wanna smoke cigarettes outside.

I had a very bad experience today. The young girl (blond, short, nose ring) behind the was very rude! When I walked up to her she didn’t even make eye contact and asked “do you know what you want?” I ordered but I could tell she giving attitude. She finished making my sandwich and cut it. The bread had rips in it and I was going to ask to cut it in 1/3 to be easier to eat. She looked at me with attitude and wrapped it up, no words from her. She walked away started to take another order. I asked if she was going to ring me up. She started arguing with me and I told her she needed to communicate better. At that time I asked for a manager and she tried to tell me that I could leave. It took 5 time asking for her to get a manager. As I talked to the manager she upset more customers. By the time I was done talking to the manager the employee; she upset 2 other customers, threw my sandwich in the trssh and walked out. If I see her in this restaurant again I will never go back! The manager Lori was very nice. She took the time to listen, remade my sandwich and gave me a small discount.

07/15/21 around 2:20 pm there was an old short fat lady, with short hair making food and also cashing out . I caught her only switching one glove and came back and finish my wrap with the glove she just touched money. I Didn’t want to cause a scene. I know she did that on purpose. That was a lazy and malicious move. Not a way to handle food after a pandemic. Didn’t even eat her $h11!. Trash that before I get sick and ate my salad. use this to aware other people.

Although the subs are well made here, the service is terrible! There is often no one present at the Subway counter! It is simply ridiculous! Worst Subway for service!

Unbelievable how I got treated with a younger maybe 17-18 year old girl I can’t to the counter to order and she asked me what kind off bread so I said Italian foot long and if she could heat it up than she asks me what do u want on it what do u want on it so ride and the bread wasn’t even ready so finally she had the bread out I told her I wanted tuna with tomatoes and lil but off salt and paper and she put whole lotta I mean lots off salt so I said hey hey that’s to much salt than she started to tell and scream and went back in kitchen slamming stuff around than she came back all angry and yelling that she will make me another sandwich I said ok and she did it with anger and threw it on the counter so I said u kno what can I just have my money back I didn’t appreciate the way she treated me she said nope your not getting your money back and kept telling even the the guy couldn’t belive it that. The restaurant was very clean and the food was good, but we would never stop here again because of the assistant manager, Sharon. She ranked as one of the most unpleasant Subway employees ever. We asked what kind of bread – she snaps “It’s on the sign”. Our daughter asked for extra banana peppers she snaps “You can only get so many extras, honey”. Our other daughter just wanted veggies and gets a grumpy lecture about what “everything” means. Her assistant, who we actually felt sorry for, accidentally put olives on my husbands sub after he said no olives and he politely asked her to take them off. You’d have thought that was the rudest request ever. The finale was when hubby picks up the bag (containg 2 ft longs, a 6 in and bowl of soup – so not too heavy) by the handles and they rip and dump bag and contents onto the floor. Fortunately nothing was ruined but they just stood there staring at us like it was our fault. No “oh, is everything ok? I’m sorry, let me get you a new bag”. We tried to be as polite as possible but there was no making her happy. Food was good, but service not so much.

Got what we ordered, but that was about it. Lady was rude behind the counter, and even rolled her eyes when my sister told her she had three orders. The salad portion was pathetic, filled about half the bowl. Charged her an extra $2 for no reason. Unfortunately didnt realize the extra charge until she was long gone. Do not recommend this subway. We highly recommend driving a few extra miles to another one.

Stopped here at subway to get a meatball sub . Young female employee complaining to her male coworker about having to close. And she didn’t want to be working right now. Not a conversation to have in front of me and 2 other customers. Needless to say I left without ordering. I went to the “new” place down the street ! Sorry subway ,you need better nicer more considerate employees at this location!
