Ordered a mini roast beef and asked the associate to grill the meat and cheese and it was so good! Came in shortly after they opened with a short wait to order. Such a great location and option for lunch. Next time, I’ll see if they will grill the bread. Don’t forget the chipotle mayo

Ordered the Mike’s Hot Italian, the girl at the counter wrote it down on a peice of paper and got working on it. I expected it to be like their normal subs where they then go down the line with you asking what toppings you want, but instead I was handed a complete & wrapped sub. So I figured that part was my mistake, not knowing how it works here, I’ll give it a try how they make it but it ended up being pretty gross. The onion chopped up and mixed into the cooked meat was a slimy surprise and the hot pepper relish was simply an absurd amount of heat with no flavor.

This is the second time i have ordered from this store and i am disappointed. I have asked for no mayo on my sandwich and picked it up to find it smothered in mayo. I can’t even eat my expensive sandwich. Such a waste. Never coming here again.

I ordered one regular sub on a Saturday at 7:57pm. By 8:57pm I hadn’t received my order. I called to see if they can cancel it but the person working said he didn’t know how to do that, and he would put my name in there complaint book so I can use it at a later time. I will see if this is true or not.

This particular store is disappointing… twice I’ve ordered on the mobile app, and twice I’ve gotten subs that are so soaked in oil and vinegar that the bread is soggy and covered. Got all over my clothes when I opened the sub, b/c the oil was literally dripping off the paper. Of course, no napkins, so here I am at lunch trying to figure out how to get the equivalent of BP’s oil spill off my hands and not further destroy my clothes. I’ve been to other stores in this chain and never had this problem. Please, whoever is making the subs, lay off the oil/vin a bit!

My favorite sub place in Stark County!! I always customize my order. Their pickles are amazing! I add in the comments of my online orders “extra, extra, extra pickles” and they always do this for me!!! Love it! Orders are always perfect when ordering from my app and everyone is always so nice when I run in to pickup. The rewards program with your app is great too. The only thing that could make my experience any better would be a drive up window, so I could wear my PJ’s haha! Thank you Jersey Mike’s for always being consistent and of course for the best darn pickles ever placed on a sub!!
