My husband and I ate here for the first time this evening and I ordered the 3 taco (2 asada / 1 chicken) plate with rice and beans. My husband had the quesa birria tacos plate with rice and beans, and we both had a Jamaica (hibiscus) aguas fresca to drink. It tasted freshly brewed and had the perfect amount of sweet and tart. They had 2 variations of salsa which were both flavorful and spicy. The ladies running the show had excellent customer service and we didn’t have to wait long for our food to be prepared. We will definitely visit again!

This new place is already one of the top two taco spots in Princeton. The barbacoa and carnitas tacos were great. The green salsa is tasty, and the red salsa has an interesting texture compared to most red salsas I’ve had, though I’d love to see it lean more into a habanero- or chipotle-style foward flavor instead of mainly just heat forward. The Al Pastor could use some tweaking. It didn’t quite deliver the sweet-and-spicy balance I was hoping for that’s common in good al pastor.

Good authentic Mexican food. Love the variety, I’ll have to come back and try the rest of the food here. Birra tacos were delicious. Agua loka was good and the chips were delicious too, slightly undercooked on some parts but still very good with salsa options. Coming back for sure!!

Great food truck, very nice couple running it! I had the birria tortas, and not only did it have a very healthy portion of meat, but it was all together delicious! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his brisket tacos on corn tortillas.

Food too expensive and lady taking Orders was extremely rude! Bought 9 tacos in total for 40$ asked for grilled onions and lady said they didn’t have time because they had too many orders. Bad service.
