Do not order from this place, i paid a whole 20 dollars for this burger and it doesn’t even look the same as the picture. Worst of all it tastes like straight school lunch food. McDonald’s is better than this place. Do not recommend.

I’ve tried calling this place a million times to be reimbursed or a refund! Something! I bought 3 burgers from this place last night and 2 were pink. Hello it is 11/14 11:00 I order a chicken cheese steak because I am severely allergic to beef something told me to cut it in half so I did as I reach for a napkin I flip it around and it says “sorry no chicken” I already ate half!!!!! This is outrageous and unacceptable

Cheeseburger was pretty good. The meat was flavorful and juicy. I ordered medium and it was cooked perfectly. The yuca fries were big and filling.

I’ve gotten food from the food hall before but I was unaware of all the different food options that they have. I must admit that the kiosk is not very user friendly. I ended up just “settling” for a hamburger after becoming frustrated with the kiosk & needless to say, I did not settle for anything !! This burger was sooo good. I recommend ordering ahead because it did take about 30 minutes for me to get my food but everything was delicious. The bottom bun was slightly soaked in grease but other than that I was very satisfied !! (I requested a medium rare patty)

I’m giving two stars because I didn’t have to fight them for my refund. It took me 20 minutes to get two cheeseburgers and fries. It came out with no ketchup. Strike one. The burger patty didn’t even get close to the bun, which was small already. Strike to. And I ordered an avocado bacon burger that came out after 20 minutes with no bacon. So, strike three and I would never come back.
