Grand Oaks is located on Main St in Cartersville, GA. It is open for lunch only during certain months and specified days. Call ahead to confirm seating recommended but walk-in’s are welcome. The Christmas seating is a particular favorite of patrons. With your lunch, you also receive the opportunity to tour the house and grounds. Grand Oaks is a popular wedding/reception location. About the food…you will enjoy dining here only if you like Southern style food. The only problem with Grand Oaks is that the price is too high. If you have never been there and take the tour, then OK. But just to eat lunch, too much $$$.

I came for the first time to luncheon at your beautiful old home today with a very dear friend. The decorations were beautiful, the food and the warm welcome were absolutely wonderful. What a gem you have here in Cartersville. We enjoyed our lunch immensely and will relish a return journey in the not-to-distant future. Great job Ray and your team❤️

We were in an overcrowded room with way too many tables and people making conversation difficult. The small assortment of lunch , for $45 , was barely eatable, stale rolls etc. One lady wanted another small spoonful of the lukewarm banana pudding, an angry man came to our table yelling at us , embarrassing us as the entire room could hear. I recommend any affordable venue with much better food and cost than this one!

The place was beautiful. The lunch was nice. It sure wasn’t worth $35.00 per person. I wasn’t thrilled with the food choices. One of 3 of the desserts was banana pudding which was served hot. Not thrilled with that. The cornbread salad was delicious and I don’t care for cornbread. The staff was on there toes, it was extremely busy in just the one room we were in. They were very friendly and helpful.

My daughter, Patrice McDaniel, and I had lunch at Grand Oaks on Mother’s Day 2024. Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the food, the service, the hospitality and the tour. Highly recommend.

The food was basic/average quality. However, the house is essentially a museum – full of vintage collectibles and decor. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. They did a fantastic job with the large group I was part of. No alcohol served.
