We’ve been huge fans of Vasilis Express for years now. We frequented their Elmwood location, but then they opened another location just a block away from us…I feel like it’s even better than the other, original locations, they use fresher ingredients.
We’ve had several things from this location; spanakopita salad, falafel salad, chicken souvlaki salad, various wraps and their delicious fries! Fries are $7, but it’s definitely enough for two people. They’re slightly battered and delicious even cold.
So this most recent time we got gyro wraps, $11.75 They use a blend of beef and lamb that is sliced and seared and it’s really delicious, and they give you a generous enough amount in the wrap. It also includes tomato, lettuce, onion and tzatziki…I added feta for an extra $1.
This is definitely one of our favorites and I’m so happy they’re close by now.

Today, I visited new branch of Vasilis Express (Gyro and Souvlakil) restaurant on cross Allen and Elmwood and I ordered chicken dinner. It was very cool and delicious. Everythibg is clean and nice . Thank you guys for service. I appreciated. I come again. Good luck in beginning.
