The East End Bar & Grill is the #1 Sports Bar on the Upper East Side. There are tons of 65+ HDTV’s throughout the space including a huge 80” TV on the back wall. There isn’t a bad seat in the house. Great bar food(not basic stuff) featuring over 20 flavors of wings and unique items like our homemade buffalo wontons! Home of the SYRACUSE ORANGE where you know we will always have the game on w/sound! We have a DJ playing music during commercials & halftime to keep the game energy up! Many Syracuse Alumni consider the East End their NYC home away from the Dome! By far the best CUSE bar in NYC. GO ORANGE! During NFL season we show all the games but the main teams we support are the Buffalo Bills, New York Giants & New Orleans Saints! WHO DAT!

Dark-wood-lined Irish pub with simple bar eats, draft beer and lots of TVs for sports fans.

This place is phenomenal. Reliable, always open, great wait staff, excellent food, most menu items and sauces/dressings made in house. This place has been our go-to for sports, dinner, cold/snow. Excellent!

There’s a really nice waitress here. Apologies, I can’t remember her name. The food is also decent! Not spectacular, but honestly great for a local sports bar.

The reason for my negative review is this: My boyfriend and I frequent this bar and regularly order takeout from them. We live less than .5 miles away. Tonight when we placed an order, it was cancelled due to us living past the 96th st UES line. The man who picked up had some not-so-subtle racism when he explained why they don’t deliver to Harlem residents. We were appalled. I’ve never experienced any racism or discrimination at this bar before, but to know their views were very clear over the phone. We will not be patronizing anymore.

I shouldn’t love this place as much as I do. Richie is my all time fave. Vinny and Marissa make the strongest drinks ever! Everything on the menu is a go to! Don’t miss out on weekdays. Literally wfh from East End-my laptop automatically connects to the wifi. The atmosphere is laid back. This is always my go to spot. Kenny built a good team! Love this place and will 10/10 recommend! (FYI the golden bbq wings are earth shattering!).

Make sure to tip well here. The service and food are worth it.

We started the night with a bottle of beer. It was very good and was crafted in Brooklyn. The food was very good. We ordered a steak and frites, a burger, and fish and chips. The steak was nice, well seasoned and was served on a scalding hot iron plate. However, it was slightly burnt and I could taste the charcoal and bitterness from the outside. The inside was tender though. The burger was also well seasoned and we got curly fries instead of regular fries and it was delicious! At last we ordered fish and chips. The fish was fresh and flakey. The tartar sauce was nice as well. Overall, it was a nice meal.
However, we did have to wait and remind the servers several times to bring the water so that was a bit annoying. Otherwise, we had a good time here.

Ordered from East End Tavern restaurant and they canceled 3 items and then never showed up. Oh, and never canceled my order for a refund. Just took my money and didn’t even call. So ordered from Third Avenue Ale House, who showed up on time and with my order. Thank goodness there are options in Manhattan.

My roommates and I keep finding ourselves coming back here because of how consistently great our experience is. This time I got the Steak Frites for the first time and it did not disappoint! Comes out on a steaming skillet similar to fajita style so bonus points for presentation! I also got the jerk chicken dry rub wings and they were such a unique flavor that I’ll definitely be getting again! We find them to be reasonably priced for what you are getting and they are big time Syracuse supporters!

Wonderful bar that is well organized with great service to watch the football game. They are a ⚜️Saints⚜️ bar or Saints playing. It has at least fifteen screens and fans for different games in each section. Make a reservation as there is no open seating. It has a great ambiance and the place was full of energy but no craziness or chaos. The food is excellent!

I appreciated greatly being able to watch the game with a friend and have fun, be comfortable and not be heckled or have any weirdness. I definitely recommend!

Went there again and this NOLA lady has found her place! I am bringing everyone here. Everyone is amazing.⚜️

A good solid neighborhood bar. This is what I think of when I think of East End Tavern. This tavern has one of the best espresso martinis in the UES and probably Manhattan.

All their bar food is solid . They have excellent sandwiches, burgers and appetizers. Extensive list of wings which is pictured below.

This time I went for their espresso martini. I also got two types of wings : Bourbon St and Diablo’s Ghost. Their awesome bartender Vinny asked me why the combo . I said because with really spicy wings , they tend to be a little dry so I usually get a wet sweet wing to cut the heat and provide a little more sauce. Vinny was impressed which made me very happy.

The wings and espresso martini were great . I can handle spice extremely well and this wings brought their game. The heat will calm down a little after the wing cools but is still hot . The bourbon wings were a night way to cool it down , with a sweet little bite too then . I do say though use napkins to your advantage .

The customer service is also great . Vinny took the time to even let me know the espresso martini will take a little bit since they have to start the machine . Having the conversation about the wing chooses also made me feel very comfortable as I usually don’t eat at the bar alone. The decor is that of a nice neighborhood bar . Nothing fancy but well designed and comfortable .

I recommend this place for anyone in the neighborhood to come . Grab a quick meal and some great drinks .

The added benefit of when I went was it was Wing Wednesday , two drinks then 1/2 off wings . A solid deal in a pricy neighborhood.

Thank you East End . I will be visiting a lot more .
