I normally do not take time to review fast food, but wow, this food stood out! Ordered 2 roast beefs, and they melted in my mouth with each bite. Then had a cherry turnover that was rich with flavors. I eat at other Arby’s and have never had that same taste. The ladies at the counter were nice and the place was decorated very festive.

It was kind of a weird experience. No one noticed us come in, and we saw plenty walking around. Once we were helped, it was great service. But, there was loud music and loud employees in the back. Made the dining experience strange.

Sheryl is the best drivethrough server Ive ever had! Her speed, professionalism and dedication are unmatched. I heard her talking to the kitchen staff to make sure they got my order without oninons and extra sauce. The shakes and food here are so so good.

Waited over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Place is filthy. Cashier was cleaning. But wow the meat slicer was on the counter and it was disgusting. Horrible! Only one person making sandwiches everyone else just doing whatever.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and a cup of cheddar. The sandwich was lukewarm at best, mozzarella sticks were great, and my cup of cheddar was more like essence of cheddar. I paid a $1 for a plastic cup that someone walked by the cheddar sauce with, and said eh, that’s good enough.

Food was good as it should be. I ordered specifically 6 sandwiches with no Arby’s sauce. Before I pulled away I checked and all of them have the sauce. I nicely requested they be fixed and tried to give the other sandwiches back. The manager was an absolute beast at this point. No cars other than me in the drive-thru and 1 family in the dining room. The girl at the window was super nice. But the manager was no good to us and rude. I didn’t say anything got my food and left.

I ordered a classic chicken wrap, and loaded curly fries. Was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on chicken to be done. When we got our food, chicken was undercooked and did not see it until it was too late. Ended the night with food poisoning. Will probably avoid eating there

I just have to say that this Arby’s was the best Arby’s I’ve ever had. The sandwiches and fries were cooked to perfection and the roast beef was evenly distributed across the buns. I also love their choice in buns as well. I also got a large chocolate milkshake and it was evenly and it was the best milkshake I’ve had in a long time. It was shaken up and stirred to absolute perfection.
