Since when did Starbucks start discriminating? Last I checked there was a lawsuit over something similar to this. Last I checked you could go in sit down use the bathroom & even just get a cup of free water without it being a problem. Why’s like this again?

I’m very disappointed with how mobile drive-thru orders are being handled. I actually placed my mobile order while already sitting in a long drive-thru line, expecting that by the time I reached the window my order would be ready — just like it would be if I had simply ordered at the speaker.

Instead, after placing the mobile order and informing the cashier I was there to pick it up, I was told I may have to pull around and wait anyway. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If customers still have to wait the same amount of time (or longer), then the mobile pickup system isn’t functioning as a convenience.

And the cashier had horrible customer service once I reached the window. Just a “here’s this” no thank you, have a good day or anything. I will stick to the Starbucks on Wayne Memorial.

I hope management reviews this process and improves the efficiency. As well as speak with their employees about customer service.

I had to stop what i was doing just now to make sure I recognized the staff at this location. The staff here inside & through the drive thru are the happiest and friendliest people ! They are happy to assist you & they do it with a smile. Even when I’m closer to the other location I still come over here. It’s so delightful to be met with people who are kind & consistent with their service.

Last week a cup of coffee was spilled all over me due to an unsecured lid. The coffee did not even make it to my cup holder. I was still at the windows, the girl was new. NO ONE APOLOGIZED. I had been a regular customer to this location but it was treated like it was my fault. NEVER AGAIN.

I have the same order every Starbucks i go to and twice my order was different looking and today i was given a venti cup that’s half full… i just took it and drove off because I was short on time.

I just ordered a hot drink. It was a venti size. I noticed it was kinda light to be a venti. I opened the lid before even taking a sip and it’s barely a little over halfway full. I’ve been screwed over and this is after giving a $5 tip. That on earth am I paying for? Why bother getting a large size only to have to cup halfway full??? Doesn’t help having to wait in line for 15 mins. As a barista myself, I would NEVER do this to a good tipping customer.

Stopped into this Starbucks while it was clearly busy, especially in the drive-through. However, what was frustrating is that despite multiple employees being present behind the counter, none of them acknowledged us. We stood at the register for at least five minutes without so much as a “we’ll be right with you.” We were the only people in line inside, and while I understand that the drive-through can be demanding, a quick greeting or heads-up would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving without ordering. It felt like the in-store customers were completely overlooked. Disappointing experience.

My husband and I have had nothing but good experiences here. We have met nice people to chat with while enjoying our coffee, both customers and employees. This mocha latte was made by Lucas the barista and it was delicious!!! Love Starbucks!!
