Fast food prices have gotten out of control. Order food to go from restaurants and skip fast food. It’s almost the same price and it only takes a few more minutes than fast food. Only downside is getting out of car.

Drive thru cashier was in a hurry to have me place my order. My sandwich was over cooked hard to chew. Thru it away. Fries were stale. Tomatoes were the ends ( ew) and the chicken patty was so small. Not worth the money. If the manager sees this I’d like a full refund of our order I’m keeping my receipt. No one wants to answer the phone.

04/13/2025 – Just tried to go through the drive through to get breakfast after getting off work. Hours posted say it opens at 6 AM. Arrive at 6:30 two cars parked outside, drive through blocked off by cones. Went to Safeway to grab a few things, headed back out at 6:54 to get breakfast somewhere else and the drive through is still blocked off. Not even suprised anymore.

This location is not open 24 hours as they advertise. I have attempted to go through the drive through of this location several times in the last 2-3 months in the early morning (between 3:30 AM and 4 AM) and there are chairs blocking the drive through. I understand the need to clean the facility and other housekeeping duties might impact this location, but if you claim to be open 24 hours to serve customers then you should be available 24 hours.

The hours in the app and on Google say this location opens at 6am.
I placed my order at 8:50am
Get there at 9am and there is a cone blocking the drive-thru. So I park to try and pick my order up inside but the door is locked.
As I’m about to leave some girl pulls in and goes inside for work. But before she goes in her coworker that was inside the locked restaurant tells her to move the cone.
Looks like they have been doing this for months based on the other reviews.
Customer service is non existent at this location as well.
And when I asked for a receipt the girl acted as if though that was an in convenience and goes “ I’m not sure I can but let me see”
Then I get handed my food bag thats dripping with grease. Mind you I only ordered two breakfast croissants and ONE hash brown.
I stopped going to the jack in the box by my house because it had similar service and tried this location today and got even worse service.

The lights are on, the OPEN sign is lit, but the doors are locked & there’s no one working in the kitchen at 3:45 pm on a Thursday. Open or closed? Which is it? Amateurs!
