I understand that working fast food/retail, it can get busy and frustrating sometimes. We’ve all been there, but if you didn’t fit the lid on correctly, you can at least tell me in advance instead of handing me an overflowed cup.

Also waited 15 minutes in drive-thru. Again, please just let customers know next time. I see you trying to fit it on top but couldn’t so you just hand me the cup like this with no napkins.

I asked for light ice because otherwise I only get literally 3 or 4 average sips of my over $7 drink. From the start over the speaker when I asked if chestnut was still available someone in the background yelled in quite the angry tone NO. The cashier was very sweet and pleasant though. I get my morning coffees the night before to save time and I was exhausted after a post surgery appointment so didn’t think much when I was handed the drink. Top was extremely flat like I was given the last liquid squirt of a whip container, and was level to the lid. When I woke up and grabbed it from my fridge found the cup literally half full. This has happened before at a different location when I asked for light ice. Got no ice at all but they filled the cup to to 3/4 full before telling me without attitude thats what the amount comes to with no ice and next sentence with more attitude argued there was some ice in it. So I know this time it was highly likely because I asked for light ice again. And then, I tried ONE sip as I headed out for work. Pure straight sugar and Carmel not a drop of coffee. I literally had to stop in belfair I normally pass through to get a new coffee.
I understand having bad days, I did 5 years of retail. But if it’s really that bad for you take a day off or go scream in the walk in. Don’t take it out on the customer and the product they ordered. Really didnt deserve this post op, I didnt drive up right before closing (more than 2 hours before), I was nice back to the sweet cashier who was petite and very quiet but still friendly and cheerful. The person who handed her my drink glared at me though. Not cool. Only reason I gave 2 stars was cause of how nice cashier was. Hope the drink maker wasn’t being a jerk to her too.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while, always hoping that a certain someone isn’t there, but after my most recent visit, I think it’s time to part ways.

I say this with sincerity, it’s not only one bad experience, it’s the pattern. It’s just one drive thru cashier who makes the experience unpleasant, and unfortunately, she’s consistently unkind. There’s hardly any interaction between us, so I’m not sure what’s behind the coldness but the body language and tone are hard to overlook, and it makes each visit feel uncomfortable.

Also, I asked for light ice. Got sensitive teeth here. I couldn’t drink and enjoy it because it was painfully colder than the cashiers heart. I passed it on to my child who finished it in less than a minute.

Walked in the store, the lady I ordered from didn’t even look at me when I ordered my coffee. It was just a drip. I was waiting for a bit for it and Maddy asked what my drink was. It wasn’t in the que. So she asked the cashier and then got it for me. Maddy was cheerful and has great customer interaction skills. She was the shining light today. She is worthy of a 5 star review. I did interact with another barrista, but she was more interested in talking with co-workers than customers. I will probably go somewhere else next time.

Took 15 minutes to get my coffee, went inside for drive thru was packed so we t in. Should of stuck to drive thru.
Only one person seemed to be happy to be working, everyone else not smiling, kind of just take my time. Fast atmosphere means fast service and smiles make a big difference.

I just came through the drive-through
12-05-25 about 25 minutes before they close, the girl who took my order was so rude and I can understand she probably just wants to go home but don’t take that out on me. I ordered one dark roast Venti And when I get to the window, she takes my drink around the corner away from the main line for about 30 seconds. The girl who’s standing right here at the window wiping the same spot is laughing and then she looks at me and says oh my God she’s looking at me. Well yeah I want to pay and get my coffee and leave. When the girl brought my coffee, I said oh no no no, not taking a chance on what she did to my drink and went down the street, tipped them five bucks and got great service. I’ll never be back to this store.

Easily the best Starbucks in the area, but cramped for inside seating after the remodel (and car crashing through the wall) which otherwise was a very nice update. Still my go-to location. No merchandise available at this location, go get your gifts down the road at the location on the corner of Bucklin Hill and Silverdale Way.

We get coffee from sbux in Port Orchard and have dirty fingerprints all over it. Take it in to get replaced at this location and my wife’s is good but cappuccino ends up with something like a piece of bread or cheese in it? Start to give a damn about who y’all hire/how you train, good grief- it’s coffee???

Best Starbucks in the NW. My preference when it comes to Kitsap Starbucks stores. I use my local store here to compare other Starbucks. They set a high standard for cleanliness and food quality and their staff is very friendly and cheerful. The manager Mr James Cottier runs a tight ship!
