Also waited 15 minutes in drive-thru. Again, please just let customers know next time. I see you trying to fit it on top but couldn’t so you just hand me the cup like this with no napkins.
I understand having bad days, I did 5 years of retail. But if it’s really that bad for you take a day off or go scream in the walk in. Don’t take it out on the customer and the product they ordered. Really didnt deserve this post op, I didnt drive up right before closing (more than 2 hours before), I was nice back to the sweet cashier who was petite and very quiet but still friendly and cheerful. The person who handed her my drink glared at me though. Not cool. Only reason I gave 2 stars was cause of how nice cashier was. Hope the drink maker wasn’t being a jerk to her too.
I say this with sincerity, it’s not only one bad experience, it’s the pattern. It’s just one drive thru cashier who makes the experience unpleasant, and unfortunately, she’s consistently unkind. There’s hardly any interaction between us, so I’m not sure what’s behind the coldness but the body language and tone are hard to overlook, and it makes each visit feel uncomfortable.
Also, I asked for light ice. Got sensitive teeth here. I couldn’t drink and enjoy it because it was painfully colder than the cashiers heart. I passed it on to my child who finished it in less than a minute.
Only one person seemed to be happy to be working, everyone else not smiling, kind of just take my time. Fast atmosphere means fast service and smiles make a big difference.
12-05-25 about 25 minutes before they close, the girl who took my order was so rude and I can understand she probably just wants to go home but don’t take that out on me. I ordered one dark roast Venti And when I get to the window, she takes my drink around the corner away from the main line for about 30 seconds. The girl who’s standing right here at the window wiping the same spot is laughing and then she looks at me and says oh my God she’s looking at me. Well yeah I want to pay and get my coffee and leave. When the girl brought my coffee, I said oh no no no, not taking a chance on what she did to my drink and went down the street, tipped them five bucks and got great service. I’ll never be back to this store.
