Food good. Went through the drive through. People who gave me my food were careless and rude. I told them they forgot my drink and they shut the door in my face. They opened it back up and said they gave it to me. I just drove off. I know it’s young ppl who work here but have some manners or learn customer service. Worst service I’ve had at any fast food chain in Goddard.

Delicious. Blake served us our ice cream and he was sooo nice and made them all very perfect. We are lucky to have a Braums in Goddard and Blake.

Literally just happened. Husband ordered a kids meal. When he checked the bag there was no coloring book or toy in there, so he politely asked about it. They told him they accidently rang it up as a 2 piece instead of a kids meal. So he asked if he could still get the coloring book and the manager refused. He asked to exchange the meal as well and the manager refused again.
I don’t normally complain but this felt like a crazy hill to die on. We do not eat out very often and my son gets excited over the toy/coloring books when we do. Just hit me the wrong way

Disappointed! Normally I LOVE Braum’s, but the ice cream was freezer burned, they had to ask us LITERALLY 5-6 times what flavors we wanted for our ice cream cones, the price was wrong when they rang it up (we got a bag of burgers, and it showed we owed a few dollars more than we actually did), they didn’t ask if we were eating there or to go (we needed it to go and they put it on a tray), and they forgot to get us our ice cream cones, so they had to ask another 2 times what we wanted. It took about 10 minutes to get a bag of burgers and 2 single dip ice cream cones. And again, the peanut cluster fudge ice cream that I normally LOVE was freezer burned, so it didn’t even satisfy my hankering for ice cream.
